Jimmy is an outstanding manager. He was very helpful from checking my camry's problem 3 days ago. He was very patience and didn't mind to get dirty and sweat.
Unfortunately, the part I bought was defective, the next day I have to replace it again and spend more money for the mechanic.

These guys were great! I totally recommend this store! The staff was super helpful and friendly, not your standard employees! Jorge and Jimmy were awesome and went above and beyond with their knowledge and genuine caring. Jimmy helped me check my battery and test my entire starting system including the starter and solenoid as well as change the post bolts to me battery which were totally corroded. He provided tools and a wire brush and assisted me while I worked. They even let me wash my hands in their bathroom afterwards and got a bit of a discount! These guys were great!

Not sure if this kid was just having a bad day. But he was a mute. Zero communication. Didn't acknowledge you. He mumbled 2 word answers. I wasn't sure if I was being helped or not with his silence. After he "helped" me return my battery for core, I asked if they had a book in the back to look up my oil filter. He just mumbled no book. I then told him the 2 vehicles I needed filters for. He looked it up. Walked off without saying anything. So I followed him to the filters. Then he hands me 2 filters and leaves. How do you know I want that brand filter? Didn't ask if I needed anything else. Didn't walk me back to the counter. I got back to the counter seconds after him and he was no where to be found. He hid in the back. I gladly had another person ring me up. People like this just doesn't deserve a job. Go flip burgers where you don't have to communicate with people.
