Those ladies work here are so dangerous!!!Today, December 29th, 2023, at 1:58 PM, I and my cousin, 7 years old went to the gas station, while waiting for the gas running, we went inside the ampm store to buy some drinks. I used card to pay and the machine appeared “Remove your card.” Regularly, it meant I paid successfully. But because the cashier didn’t focus on her job and talked with others workers there, she made me pay another time (I’m not sure the first time I paid successfully or not but I felt upset and a doubt), and the lady who was standing in the middle yelled at me and asked why I am upset. I asked her I don’t have a right to upset? And she said NO! YOU DON’T HAVE A RIGHT TO UPSET and showed she was gonna hit me and my little cousin if we still talked. I was so scared what she would do if we were still there (because there were 3 ladies and only me with a seventh years old kid) then we ran outside to the car. I was back to take a picture after i took my cousin inside the car and turned on the engine already.This is not only about service, but also our safety. I really didn’t feel safe when those ladies who seemed to violent work there. It’s so dangerous for me.I went this gas station a lot in the past but did not go inside. This is the first time I felt my safety is warned.

The cashier who was working tonight should not be dealing with customers directly. I spend a lot of money at that Arco in stanton and I can't get this cashier to turn on the air. He would not even give me 2 dollars in quarters in exchange for 2 dollar bills for the air. I want to know, why. Cause what I'm going with is this kid doesn't like white people. That's great.

I truly believe that the California weights and measures needs to stop by this place and check the calibration of dispensed fuel/price at this station's gas pumps. I purchased fuel at this station @ $5.79/gal and charged me over $70! For a full tank of gas. ( I had to stop it when I knew it was grossly incorrect) especially when I still had 1/4 of fuel before arriving. At otherstations $6.22 or $6.70/gal my tank is completely full on a near empty tank. I own and know my car for 8 years and this is the first time the fuel ratio to cost was so off its blantly noticeable.. were all familiar with the rising cost of fuel, etc.... but you need to be fair that the customer is receiving the accurate amount of fuel per gallon, what ever that fixed price is for that day.

BEING ACCUSED OF USING OTHER PP’s GAS, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD BADYOUNG GIRLS AND ASIAN, PLS BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU GUYS COME HEREI would put negative stars for this place. This is the first time it happened to me. This incident happened around 6:30pm tonight. I was pumping my gas using my card and the Mexican worker came at me and straight away accused me of using the other customer’s gas. The thing is I already canceled the previous transaction and then paid with my card. I showed my card receipt (Apple Pay) even pulled out my bank app to prove. The other customer didn’t even have any proof. Lately, I learned that the customer told the worker the wrong gas station #. I told the Mexican worker to see the camera or call the police and he refused. Both customer and the worker didn’t even let me go forcing me to pay the guy back. The worker even said that I should not hold the line and pay for the gas. Like man, are you okay? Even if I have so much proof and the other Mexican guy doesn’t? I was angry at one point and they both told me to not saying those sentences. The funny thing is the worker didn’t say that to other male customers who didn’t mind their own business and said bad stuff to me. Like to those customers as well, just pump your gas and go home. You don’t even know what happened. One guy even cussed at me after the whole problem solved. Is it because I’m a young girl or I’m Asian that they did that to me? Because it was clearly that the worker didn’t even let me prove myself and kept defending the Mexican customer, even if he clearly didn’t have proof. The manager came in and proved that his card/transaction was already canceled before I pumping my gas. I should’ve just walked away as the police advise. I don’t know the worker name, but his service clearly showed me that he was not trained. He was not being fair. How could I use his gas money, if my bank showed the exact gas money charged in my card and also the time as well? Also I was nervous and shaking because it never happened to me. The worker even seriously said that I was being nervous, which led him to believe I actually used the other person’s money. He pressured me so much. Never come back here again.
