10250 Beach Blvd, Stanton“My family moved into these apartments in 2005. The areas was horrible. We had people jump into our balcony and steal our thing quite a few times. My dads breaking point was when they stole his car and the previous manager "Dee" wouldn't even provide security footage then for the cops!! We where looking into moving but they changed the management personnel and "Felipe" came in as head manager. We started to notice he got rid of many many tenants that made the property ghetto. The place is still a bit trash outside but then again come on people we live in the hood for gods sake it's Stanton! Now as far as pest control goes, I see many people complaining about roaches. Now we are clean freaks and I can honestly tell you that we have never had a roach problem, as long as you're not leaving s*** s*** and being clean there shouldn't be a problem with pest. That depends on your cleanliness. I don't understand why there's all these negative comments with Felipe.... I think he doing his best with the damn place, cut him break.”

229 E Commonwealth Ave, Fullerton“Just a quick thank you to Anthony Lopez for helping us open one of your units to tour , we couldnt open the door he took the time to give us a tour inside and walk us around the property, he answered all of are questions he was a big help !!! Thanks Anthony”
“We'd like to give a big shout out to AJ, Andrew, and all the other staff at Avanti in Anaheim for being so helpful and caring with my brother-in-law over the past 10 years. Everyone was always willing to help out with getting portal information set up and to keep a watchful eye on my brother-in-law. They were our eyes and ears over the years as it was hard for us to do so ourselves living 1500 miles away in Texas. Thanks for providing a warm, safe environment and for always being kind and considerate.”
“I wish to give 5+ stars to Valerie Brooks, the amazing on-site property manager at Cypress Park Apartments. She is professional, polished, efficient, responsive, knowledgeable, attentive, communicative, flexible, caring and above all, genuinely kind. My family and I were able to transition from a stressful living situation to our new home and community at Cypress Park Apts in large thanks to Valerie and her efficiency. She made us feel welcome from our first tour of the beautifully renovated unit to the exciting moment when she handed us the keys. The grounds are clean, onsite laundry and parking are not an issue, and there are two pools, convenient community and business centers that are great for remote work. Valerie’s constant efforts to improve the community are apparent as well. Valerie and Jose, who handles the onsite building maintenance, make a great team. We are so happy here!”
“It's a great cosy community. The place is well maintained.I would like to particularly thank Vincent Harper, my key contact of the apartment who has been very responsible and considerate in many ways on the process of application and leasing. He is also very knowledgeable and resourceful. He always returns missed calls and is very efficient in responding to my questions and requests too.Emily and Victor are also very friendly and helpful. I feel very pleased with the whole team, knowing they will be there sorting things out for me when needed. The maintenance crew are wonderful as well. Juan and Francisco are competent and always get their job done in minutes! Thank you!”
“After living in sooo many money hungry apartments that only care about their profit and loss I wanted to circle back (after not living at Sandpiper for a few years) to be sure and give them their proverbial flowers. This was my wife's and mine first apartment out of college and man did we hit the jackpot. It's been years and a few different apartment complexes and not a single one comes close to the community, kindness, and strength exhibited by Sandpiper. The apartments may not have central air, in unit washer and dryer, or a fancy apartment layout/location, but if I could go back and do things over I would never have moved.”
“first time living in an apartment complex and always hear horror stories about apartments but not this one! I moved out back in january but wanted to say that I had such wonderful time living here. the complex is always clean and everyone who works here is very welcoming and accommodating. had a few problems during my stay that were solved fairly quickly but overall amazing experience living here. the location is great. nearby tons of restaurants and grocery stores. would recommend for anyone looking for a place to live.”
“Eleven10 has been a great place to live. I moved in late 2023 and have been very satisfied so far. Paul helped me find a perfect apartment for me and the entire staff has been extremely helpful whenever I need anything. Moving here had been a great decision”
“We have been here for 4 years and Service assistants Juan and Alex are amazing! Very hard workers and always respond quickly for repairs to anything in the home. We had a few bugs but they treated within a day or two every time- and I would say I have never seen a place so roach free as apartments go. Anayelli, the apartment manager is extremely helpful, kind, and a sweet person. She is easy to talk to and helps out if there is ever any problems. I really enjoyed living here and am sad to go. Aside from limited parking and some dog poo (people fail to pick up sometimes but the office hired new staff to clean it up) its awesome! everyone working here is amazing.”
“I’ve been living at Summerwood for a few months now since moving to Southern California for school. I love the environment here, the updated rooms as well as the staff. Laura, the front desk has always helped me with any of my questions and concerns as well as Francisco and Steven, who has helped me numerous times with maintenance and overall help. The smallest problems can occur and they tend to my needs without hesitation. The community here is very welcoming and friendly and it feels like I am back home where I’m originally from.”

514 E South St, Anaheim“I am living, currently here, in514 SOUTH PARK APT I have been in this property for more than 10 years, and I like it, for the rental price, the area is very quiet, the neighbors are very friendly, any damage to the property will be repaired immediately, or replaced with new, and above all, that the manager, PERLA VARGAS, is an excellent person and manager, I have never had any problems with her, she is very accessible to everything, I recommend her ???”

301 Jeanette Ln, Santa Ana“The Apartment place is very secure and maintained very well. The maintenance requests are usually fixed with in 24 hours. Mike was very helpful from the beginning and the Staff was very friendly and did a great job in having some events every month. I would definitely recommend this place.”
“My husband and I moved into City Pointe apartments in January of this year, and we love it here. Ralph was very helpful regarding the application process, and we were given our results in less than 15 minutes. He answered all our emails and was quick to lend a hand if we needed it. He told us about good restaurants to try out as well. Brian and Scott are great! When we had a walk-through of our apartment, something needed to be fixed, and Scott fixed it right away. When we had an issue after hours, Brian immediately came to our apartment and fixed the problem. We just had another little problem, and Brian was there to help us. There is a lady who cleans every floor and around the property; she always keeps everything clean and is excellent! I appreciate all that the CP team does! This team gets 5 starts from us!”
“UPDATE - 10/29/23: I'm updating my review to say that I wish I could give Mesa Pines a zillion stars - five is not enough! I first lived at Mesa Pines between 2015 and 2019, only moving out because I got a job that was too far away for a comfortable commute. Shortly after, the world dissolved into chaos with Covid-19, along with the market for renters! At the tail end of 2021, it was almost impossible to move somewhere new if you were looking to rent. After going through a divorce and suddenly finding myself in need of a place to live, I reached out to Dora to see if there would possibly be a place for me at Mesa Pines. Like the true gem she is, Dora not only understood my situation - she also managed to find me the perfect unit that was in my price range, met my needs, and felt like home. It even came with a small yard for my emotional support dog, which was a massive plus! I also have to give Dora, her team, and Pan American props for creating a community that is diverse, welcoming, and accepting of folks who may need ESAs or service animals without stigma. Every support animal I've met here has been incredibly well-trained, friendly, and respectful.I truly cannot say enough good things about Mesa Pines, and that's all thanks to Dora and her property management skills. If you have an issue - even a minor one - Dora will go above and beyond to get it addressed in a timely manner. The maintenance team here is so wonderful and is fantastic at what they do, whether that's inspecting AC units, repairing fences, or investigating plumbing issues. It's never a "band aid" approach to fixing issues when Dora is in charge - she knows the history of the building from top to bottom and knows how to get things done the first time! She is without a doubt the BEST on-site manager I've ever had. I honestly believe that if Dora were in charge of every apartment complex on earth, we would probably have flying cars and world peace. She's that awesome. In addition, the tenants here are the best! Everyone is very very friendly - you see a lot of familiar faces and people look out for each other. Once people come to Mesa Pines, they tend to stay, because it's VERY hard to leave once you're here!!! I often say that if I could, I would pick Mesa Pines up and transport it to every other place I've wanted to live. I'm not sure of the statistics, but I'd be willing to bet that most folks who leave do so because of new jobs, starting families and requiring more space, or something similar that's unrelated to Mesa Pines itself. We're also in a really fantastic location. There's a bike path right by our cul de sac and a big park (Tanager Park) less than a mile away where lots of families, pups, and children like to play. Mesa Pines is also right off of Harbor, so we're close to lots of shops and restaurants - we have a great tailor and Italian place in the complex right next to us, plus a Vons, post office, and CVS that's a minute away. For those who may have service or support dogs, the Bark Park is a five minute drive away from Mesa Pines if they need to stretch their legs. It really is super centrally located without being jam packed near somewhere like the Triangle.Lastly, I really do feel like the rents I've paid have been reasonable here compared to the market. Rents nationwide have skyrocketed over the past decade and Mesa Pines is no exception to that rule. We do have rent increases, which are sometimes tough to swallow, but are pretty standard for any rental community and for the economy we're living in. You also get quite a bit for what you pay: fully equipped kitchens (mine came with a dishwasher/oven/microwave/fridge), beautiful renovations (hardwood floors/updated cabinets and counters), a wall AC unit, and I believe every unit comes with either a patio or a balcony (with some also having small yards). Maintenance is great about keeping both the pool and the jacuzzi super clean, and there's a community barbecue right by the pool an”
“I've lived at Park Plaza for several years and I highly recommend living here. The office and maintenance staff are excellent. This community is well maintained thanks to all of the employees. I'm going to give a special mention to Tac Tran (manager). He has always been so kind and helpful. Thank you Park Plaza Staff.”

11421 186th St, Artesia“I wanted to leave a review for Julian who has been immensely helpful these past couple of weeks. We needed to get a lot of things fixed in the apartment and he was very prompt in all his help. Extremely willing to help and a great demeanor. Super nice guy. Really enjoyed the service! Thank you Julian!”
“It seems like a very safe place to live, it is quiet, clean, Rafael the maintenance guy is very friendly, he does his job well and in a neat manner, and in the office Elaine and Leli are respectful and responsible when doing their job and they will help you They give immediate solution.”
“My family and I spent just over a year at Park Viridian and loved it! The flexible leasing was the main draw for us. It’s tough to find month-to-month leases in this area that come with so many amenities. Chris and the maintenance team were always responsive and kind.Whenever we had a question or concern Chris was always so helpful and knowledgeable. We have jobs that require us to move a lot and (with the help of Chris’ patience and professionalism) we inevitably extended our month-to-month lease there to accommodate a work contract of mine. It all ended up working out for our family and we couldn’t have done it without the flexibility there.Any normal wear and tear issues were handled quickly and they would always provide us with additional info. For example; we had an issue with our gas stove clicking late at night. One of the maintenance guys showed up quickly(I think his name is Ricky?) he knew I had a young son and the first thing he did was test for a gas leak and reassure me that he would make sure it was all safe before working. He fixed it quickly and then gave me some info on how to troubleshoot things and to call with any doubts or questions.I’ve had experiences at other apartments where I’ve felt dismissed- but never at Park Viridian. They always took our questions seriously which, in our experience as renters in OC, is hard to find in a big complex.Would definitely recommend to people who need a safe, spacious place to commute from like we did.”
“Me and my wife and 1 year old daughter moved in to our apartment in 2022 and when we walked in we met Rick! He was really nice and super helpful and really friendly to talk to he always helps out me and my wife whenever we need something for our apartment I would highly recommend Rick if u wanna move here he will take care of u and ur family!”
“My sister & I lived here for almost 3 years and it was a great experience! Matt from the leasing office made both the move in and move out process super easy. He also replied as soon as he could to all of my emails/texts whenever I had a question or needed anything. Sad to have left but definitely recommend!”
“We have been living here 14yrs, beautiful place, best management you Will find anywhere. Marianne and Shannon, are the best! Maintenance personal are the best! Tropical paradise, love living here.”
“Let me just start by saying that having moved here from my last complex, has been an ABSOLUTE blessing! Why? You ask? Well.. if I had to pick one specific answer, then I would have to say. "Sarah." The Kimberly Terrace Apartments Complex manager. Due to her highest level of professionalism, great customer service, along with impeccable punctuality, you pretty much have it made here. Sarah is just on top of it. You have a maintenance request, and she's got someone in your place no later than 24 hours. Issues with other tenants, she's immediately there to squash and amend. You can tell when someone truly loves their job, by the way that they show how much they care in doing it; and this is Sarah. This is a nice quiet complex with GROWN ADULTS who all just go about their lives and days. No drama. And always a smile and greet amongst other tenants in passing by. I made the PERFECT CHOICE when I came here. And you should do the same! I love it when. I walk through my front door, and enjoy 'my home'”

17301 Keelson Ln, Huntington Beach“To whom it may concern,I would have never fathomed, even dream that I would have the A-team here in my apartment working on the 11 work orders I submitted less than 24 hours agoIt's surrealistic!I feel like I've traveled back to a juncture in time in the 50s; when American workmanship meant you were getting the best.Have I time Warp back in time? No, I was in court today. Same apocalyptic zombies walking about, trying to slack-a-lack and slither through life leaving their toxic snail-trails all about. “Moved in June with my girlfriend and this place is quiet in the morning, kids love being in the pool in the afternoons so that’s the only time you hear screaming and all but it’s great so far, the maintenance and the managers are really nice and are always their to help! The apartment was bigger then what we expected, the grounds are kept really neat and clean”
