This place over, exceeded my expectations. They are so compassionate towards animals and treat them as their own ! They handle everything so well and were so patient with my mal ! My go to vet !

This is the best vet I've ever been to!! The staff treats our kitties like they are their own. Very knowledgeable, and happy to answer the numerous questions we always have. They really love animals here and they work with you on what the animals need. Never upcharged, never dismissed. I highly recommend visiting them. It's a small office but that's in it's favor, as they have ample time and attention for every pet that comes through.Special shout out to Bret (I believe is his name), he is such a sweetheart and super passionate. The whole team is wonderful.

This office is great. They have a caring attitude. I really am disappointed that Brett, a great vet assistant doesn't work there anymore. But I have 4 animals that are under their care and am satisfied with their care.

I highly recommend this place. They go above and beyond any other facility that's out there. They truly care about the animals. They will now be my primary veterinarian. The staff was friendly courteous efficient The place was clean and well cared for and I don't know what you call a veterinarian's assistant except that was exceptional.

I couldn’t recommend more! Our pup needed extensive dental work (cleaning and many extractions) we drove from LA because not only are their prices very fair/reasonable (1/4 of what our LA vet quoted us) but the whole team *especially* Bret is so caring and treated our pup like their own and gave us all the info and meds to make sure he had a very smooth recovery. They also don’t use crates which was a big plus for us. While it was a few hours drive should our dog need anything more complex than standard care in the future we’ll definitely be back! And if we lived a little closer would ? see them for everything.

Everyone here is very friendly and happy to see all the animals that come here. They are a little more costly than other vets , but they do much more and a better job than most will.

Everytime I come I'm treated so well and so is my dog. They have come to know us and are very respectful, helpful and just genuinely kind. Every single person that works here is that way. Im always comforted when I'm here. They understand my concerns and address every single one no matter what. The doctor explains every action/medication and it's uses. I couldn't recommend this place more. And it's pretty clean and they have a great set up for any size dog/cat.

I love this vet/hospital. I've lived in this area for 22 years and trusted the care off 3 dogs it's Animaid. They are professional and very warm. They care about your pet and treat them like they are family members not customers.

Salekaa M.'s negative review doesn't sound right as no vet will schedule any type of surgery the next day after seeing your pet for the first time without bloodwork to make sure everything is ok prior to surgery. Also, medications are always more at the vet because they are not a pharmacy and can't get bulk pricing so it's understandable. Anyone who has been a pet owner for a long time knows this. You simply just have to ask for a prescription to take it to Walmart or Costco if you have a Costco membership. And you have to keep in mind that certain medications will not be available at Walmart or Costco. That's just the reality. There's no reason to get upset because the vet's medication prices are higher. I was referred to Animaid by my sister back in 2020 when I was looking for an excellent, honest, caring and affordable vet in OC after moving back down this way and have only had excellent experiences with all the staff at Animaid and I've been an animal rescuer for 33 years and very picky about vets I will take my pets to see. The vets have been the only ones to diagnose my dog properly and have been very understanding when I let them know I could not afford certain services and will do what they can do to treat with the hope of the best outcome without it causing me great expense. And they have been the only vet who is highly responsive, you can email them, and you don't have to wait two weeks before the vet can see you and your pet. I HIGHLY recommend Animaid.

This is by far and away the Best veterinarian I have every visited . The kindest and most welcoming staff . Dr. Baek and Dr. Seung are incredible . The absolute best value in the OC. A+ experience. Never over charge or price gauge. They are up front and transparent about cost and what is immediately necessary and what is needed but has time to wait (if cost becomes an issue). Definition of integrity. Completely considerate doctors and staff. Could not recommend a practice higher .

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Yesterday we had to put our dog Cali down, and the way they treated her like she was theirs as well and the way they comforted us along the process is something I will never forget and something I can not thank them enough for. Truly the human element in how this was handled. No rush, no mishandling, just beautiful. Thank you soooo much
