I was loosing tire pressure on one of my tires. The staff helped me right away. They found a nail had damaged the tire but they were able to patch it up quickly free of charge. The entire staff was extremely helpful and courteous.

David was so Nice he help me out pretty fast my schedules was pretty tight I ask him if possible can it be done in 2 hours ..Oil change...tire rotation and Alignment..and it was done right on time I was able to go at my dental appointment. Thank you American Tire Depot for hiring all Amazing staff...one happy customer here

Had a nail in my tire one store had no tire patches. They sent me to this location and they were swamped and it was end of day. It was going to be a long wait but they squeezed me in quickly! Great service! THANK YOU!

Martinez helped me on Wednesday 6/26/24 when I came in for tires & he said he has to order the ones I want & they will be in the next day, Thursday 6/27/24 I was happy with the price & happy with Martinez customer service. Next day I asked for Martinez they told me he is not in today it's his day off . So I dropped my car to get my tires & an oil change & check my alignment & balance wheels if needed. They said they will call me when my car is finished which they did just before they closed. Later that evening I was looking over my invoice & saw they charged me for extended warranty which I never agreed to & they charged me for alignment but didn't provide me with any paperwork showing me if it needed alginment or not & if so what they did. I called & told them I want a refund on the warranty & a copy of paperwork from the alginment & when I went in for my refund they told me their printer wasn't working for my alignment paperwork & I told them how do I know if it needed it or not without showing me what it read & Martinez says they did the alginment because he watched them do it right in front of him. I'm calling Martinez a straight out LIAR, & I ask him how did they do it infront of you when you was off then after looking at me dumb he gose to the back wall from the service desk & said I was working that day you just didn't see me & he say it says it right here on my time sheet I was here 6/25/26 & I never said he wasn't there on that day because that was on a Tuesday & I went on Wednesday to order & Thursday to get them & he was telling me how I came to pick up my car late that day & if he was there he would know the reason I came just before they closed is because that is when they called me to come get it. Martinez should of been like his other 2 coworkers they didn't say anything because they wasn't there just like Martinez wasn't there & for him to lie like he was is dumb because it's hard to trust a lier & it's hard to leave your car with someone you don't trust

My husband and I got a flat tire today (on a Sunday). Almost every tire place was closed. We called Costco and the earliest they could get us in appointment was on Friday. Well, I found American Tire on google and saw that they were opened. I called and spoke with Adrian. He was able to get us an appointment in an hour. AAA put the spare on and we headed straight there. Adrian was on site and ready for us. He got us a new tire and we were out of there in an hour. I truly hope his supervisor sees this. Adrian's communication, knowledge of tires, and customer service skills were superb! If he ever needs a job in local government, I would hire him. Thank you Adrian! We will definitely be coming back for future tire needs.

This location used to be great. Lately not so much. If you want to go before work first thing in the morning, be prepared to wait. They don't open on time. This is the second time it has happened and with different employees. This is also the second time that I go because they tell me "nothing is wrong with my tires" but my tire pressure keeps dropping. I have other things to do than going to get my tires checked over and over. Oh yeah, they also forget to call you when your car is ready. I had to call myself to check on it, and they told me it had been ready for hours. I won't go there again.
I went to the location on Cerritos, they have access to the same information about my file, they told me that this location on Katella only checked one tire, and not all 4 as they said they would. Turns out that the tire that is low is not the one they checked. Again, never coming back, I don't appreciate being lied to.

I had a walk-in flat tire. The staff was friendly and fast. I was out in an hour and made it to work on time .
**Updated** Tech impacted my lugs on and damaged wheel studs.

These guys are rock stars! Wife ran over an allen wrench the night before and blew the back rear passenger tire. Called TD and they had a replacement in stock. Went the next morning after booking an appointment and was out in less than an hour! Highly recommended Tire Depot in both Cypress and Stanton!
