My Honda Civic hybrid was giving me problems with all the lights on the dashboard on. I called multiple mechanics specializing in Hybrids and NONE of them said they can help me until i called ACE HYBRID TECH. They were quick with just 1 hr to get the job done and fix my hybrid. They were so kind and honest with what needed to be fixed and they provided GENUINE HONDA parts that was needed. I will be returning if anything else happens to my car. You can count on them! ??

Moe was AMAZING. Not only was he able to fix a Toyota Prius that had been driven from PA to CA, the care, compassion, and professionalism that he exuded was just impeccable. Thank you so much for taking the time and patience that you did and for the quality of service you and your company provide. 10 outta 10 RECOMMEND!!!!

They finally got what they deserved, dishonest and scammers, that's how these people are well known, you should never trust these people, all the fake reviews are them.Glad that their scam fake shop is no longer open. I hope that God makes them pay for all the people that needed help and came to these dishonest scammers, and got robbed.

I am in the same position as other recent reviewers. Had a hybrid battery installed by them in March 2023 with a 2year/30k mile warranty. I am 8 months and less than 15,000 miles into the warranty and the hybrid battery is no longer working. I called the shop, but the call goes straight to voicemail and their mailbox is full. If anyone has any information please email me

The shop is shut down as it caught on fire. They sold me a battery late May with a one year warranty. Battery is faulty and within warranty. No one is calling me back. Need help if anyone knows how to contact them.

had my car towed to Ace Hybrid group on 7/11/2023 as I thought my battery needed to be replaced. I spoke with Tim at the front desk, he took my keys and a while later Bob informed me that it was actually my fuel pump that needed to be replaced I left my car and on 7/13/2023 I called and was told my car was ready to pick up. I paid via credit card the amount of $549.02 left and went straight to a gas station to fill the tank. The gas gauge wasn't working so I called the next day as it was after hours and spoke with Bob. He told me to let it get empty and fill it a few times to see if that would reset it. I did this and it didn't work. I called again and spoke with Bob, he told me that it was a faulty fuel pump and they would replace it. i took it back in on the morning of Friday August 11 with less than a 1/4 tank. as I was going out of town. I had someone pick it up for me that afternoon and they informed him that it would smell like gas for a few days and to keep the windows down to air out for a few days. He actually left my windows down until I returned the following tuesday August 15. I only had to get near the car to smell the gas. I worked at getting the smell out using volcanic rocks, baking soda, charcoal bags, kitty litter, essential oils, shampooing the carpet and washing the mats. nothing worked. I realized that they had actually spilled gas on my back floor and didn't clean it or inform me of this. They said they would get it out for me and gave me a loaner car. Their car had expired tags and registration and a brake problem. (they also gave it to me with an empty tank. When I got my car back it smelled like gas and vinegar. (it still does) On 8/23/2023 my car stopped. I had it towed to Eurotech and they informed me it was the fuel pump. everything that could possibly have been done incorrectly was. I Paid 375.00. I spoke with Mo at ace and he told me he would refund my original payment, replace the mats and pay for the days rental. now he won't.

Called to set up an appt for my good friend who now owns my older Prius. Left a voice mail, within 15 mins Bob called back & was nice & professional, and setting up a future appointment. My friend & I met up there while they installed a hybrid battery. Bob let us know each step of the process. Bob did a wonderful job putting it all back together. My friend was thrilled as he won’t part with this car! Lol They’re nice & very courteous people. Highly recommend their services.

Thanks to ACE hybrid group I have all green lights on my 2009 Prius again. They took care of my car in such short notice, I appreciate the punctuality.

Very friendly and professional staff. Drop off my Prius on limp mode by the towing service. After 3 days, the car is ready for pick up. Another very satisfied customer from this shop. 2 thumps up!

Had my hybrid battery replaced 4 times by these scammers and every time I brought my car it comes out in worse condition. First it’s the battery, then the inverter, now the transmission.. SCAMMERS running up the bill and not honoring their warranty! DO NOT GO TO ACE HYBRID!

These people ripped me off! They sold me a very expensive battery that said would come with "warranty" if anything was to happen but once I started having issues with my battery again, I called to have them fix it but they said I need to pay more money again. Complete scammers.
