they give me hard and expired jalapino tqiutos because when i go over there they give me 5 and i said 4 and i said i just need 4 she said i give you free one and j said just 4 and infront of me 1 she take from my packet and give to homeless and she said i want to throw. and trash a nd give to homeless. she give me expired ones really bad and shameful for 7 eleven

Rudest short little worker, I get its inconvenient for everyone we all have to come inside to pay for our gas but y9u could at least have some reset cc t and not an attitude every time i come in and am perfectly nice to you! I wouldn't even go inside if I could help it to avoid her she makes me never want to come back and I only get VP fuel fire her

Kinda sad to see how low my favorite 7-Eleven is being rated! I've been coming here for years as it is such a convenience on my way back home from my parents' place. The staff has always been friendly and the store is pretty well kept. There's a worker there that LITERALLY EVERY TIME I'm there, I see him organizing shelves, sifting through product making sure nothing is expired or is maintaining the beverage station. So I'll be honest and deduct a star because there are times I feel like the lines could move a little bit quicker and for that ONE time I did purchase an expired Slim Jim. Who's perfect? The other 1,000 times I've been here has been great! They have everything you could want or need from a convenient store plus gas! I also really like that the grounds are super lit at night, so it makes late night trips a little less eerie. I'll definitely be keeping this as my go to spot for late night conveniences and gas!

I make my purchase of a Big Gulp, a bag of chips and two slider hamburgers and I walk around the store looking for the microwave. Not by the sandwiches that I bought, not by the Slurpee machine, and not by the chilli/cheese dispenser with a foreboding sign that said --- \"Cheese cost 1 dollar!\" That should have told me all I needed to know! So I ask the worker, and he doesn't talk! He points to behind the counter; since in all my years visiting 7/11's, I have never seen one there before. While he is checking out another customer I wait, but in that time I could have been warmed my sandwiches by the time he finished. So I do it myself. He tells me I can't do that --- well I ain't waiting all day, when I am more than capable of accomplishing the mission myself. After I finish, another workers comes out from the bowels of 'I-don't-know-where' and tells me, I should NOT do that. I tell him, they need to let people know, who buy cold food that A WORKER must heat it up for them. Because if that was the case, I would go somewhere else. WHAT HAS BECOME OF MY LIFELONG FAVORITE DESTINATION --- 7/11!? I respect immigrant workers, but there is a reason they come to this land --- FREEDOM --- and that includes the freedom to heat up my products in a microwave to the temperature that I desire! Won't be back here again . . . and it will most likely turn into the 7/11 on Brookhurst and Lincoln . . . it closed down! And I said --- GOOD RIDDANCE!

The woman who works there is nice but the man doesn't seem to care, his customer service could be better. I would've done 1 star but the woman is kind and she's appreciated.

There’s a cashier that works there that is use to shorting you a lot in change when u go but lottery tickets.... hope that the California lottery finds out to do some sort of audit on these things.. he shorted me $10 and he won’t even check the cameras.

No mask? No problem! Pulled up watched enough people walking in and out with no masks on i never bothered to even open the car door. Small store with a lot of people and no masks? No thanks.

Customer service is horrible. Don't expect them to help you when you ask them for help. They are just there to stare at you like a bunch of creeps. They also have been charging customers for bags during the pandemic even though the California government lifted the charge of bags. Every store I go to doesn't charge for bags, but these guys are still doing it. Horrible employees.
