I'm not really sure why there are such bad reviews because I have always had a good experience here! I have always found several very cheap pieces that I loved, and then eventually always buying something when I leave.?? Found the corduroy jacket for $12 and it is worn all the time! Found the teal crop top for $5 and I also wear it all the time!! Maybe I have just gotten lucky but this place is a winner for me.

If they let me give zero Stars I would. The worst clothing store to sell your clothes I've ever seen I've been doing this a long time they literally gave me 10 cents for an item a pair of Lucky jeans they gave me 10 cents for do not waste your time going here they're way overpriced and they totally rip you off never again I recommend crossroads or Buffalo exchange this place is a joke and the people are rude as heck.

The owners of this store needs to read customer reviews and do something different if they want to run a business that serves individuals in person. You cant do online sales so people pleasing should be top priority and these reviews are telling a horrible story about how you run your store. Today, customers have a voice that can reach the world. Do not take that lightly.

The price are way to high for used cloths. I brought 2 brand new pairs of Page brand jeans never worn with tags on them to sell. And they wanted to buy them for 2¢. The only thing they have cool is tennis shoes.

Security guard has a nasty attitude and follows you around the store if you look young. The curation is horrible here. It looks like they just blindly buy items that are popular brands but don’t look at the actual clothes and are out of touch on what actually looks good. The pricing is also really strange. Poor condition 90s “designer” brands are marked at $200+. It’s giving Plato’s closet/forever 21. Definitely would recommend going to the Costa Mesa location instead of this one. Prices vary there but there’s something for everyone there.

Legit a bunch of gen Z losers that work here that know nothing about fashion, move slower than my pet turtle to give you a quote on items just to rip you off with ridiculous offers don’t sell here

There sure isn't anything thrifty about this shop.
It seems to be more edgy, eccentric clothing so if you're ready to show off your personality and be a little different for a pretty penny, then sure this store might be for you.
Otherwise, this store doesn't seem to really make sense as it's quite expensive used clothing. Especially when something like this vulgar tshirt that I found cost $60.

The whole thing was a joke. Left my lightly worn clothes and shoes to be reviewed. While waiting, went around looking at their inventory and found a lot of stained, ripped, faded items hanging. Thinking to myself, my stuff is in way nicer condition. After they reviewed, they did want a good amount of my stuff, but to my surprise, they offered 10 cents per item. They want to buy at 10 cents and then turn around and sell things for like $10-$12. I would rather donate it than let 2nd street make a huge profit on a 10cent purchase. Great business plan... Pay 10cents and sell for $10 or more. In disbelief, I declined and swear to myself never to go back or recommend this place. It would have been better to say they are not interested rather than offer 10 cents an item. Yes, we understand we will not get a lot for worn items but 10 cents is ridiculous. Such a waste of time and energy.

A hidden gem for thrifters! Clean and neat store. You don’t have to dig too much to find good stuff. Plenty of name brand clothing & designer bags for GOOD prices. This location is around the Rodeo 39 area; Rodeo 39 is often busy, so it can be hard to find parking.
