“The Cupertino union 76 service station automotive repair facility I can't find one problem with them. On a spur of the moment I took my van to get smog that has been sitting for a very long time without being used. The service man who helped me asked a few questions and informed me that since it's been sitting so long it's a good idea especially for a car this old to be driven on the freeway for 20 minutes. I went ahead and took his advice and came right back in 25 minutes. He then smog in the van even though he had a lot of other work to do. I think he fit me in between waiting for parts I guess. I guess he knew what he was talking about because the van ended up passing with flying colors. The workers in the garage really seem to be on the ball with what they were doing including helping me. A smog test site I used to go to shut down I guess because of COVID-19. This was the first time I use this place. I would go ahead and highly recommend them for smog in your vehicles. The price was reasonable and competitive with other places. Way to go 76!”
“I've been a Mt View resident for 30 yrs and I've had to utilize this branch for banking including settling estates for my parents back in 2007-07. I recently lost my oldest sister this year and again they were helpful in resolving my sisters trust including accessing a bank deposit box that wasn't utilized since early 2000. Both Hansen Lee (MtView) and Sanjeev Kumar (SF) were so helpful in assisting this transition of trust and accessing a box to access contents. They have always been extremely helpful to me with all services and transactions! Thank You so much!”

“Got a chance to checkout the sandwich shop while I was in the area. It is a delightful sandwich stop conveniently located within the grocery store. If you are in a rush this shop has a wide range of options, and it's a go-to for a quick and tasty sandwich. Fresh ingredients and flavorful combinations make their sandwiches a solid choice. The service is quick and the people there are extremely nice. If sandwiches don't appeal to you they have plenty of other options that look delicious. The sandwich itself isn't out of this world but gets the job done. It is extremely filling and quite nice. They also toast the sandwich if you would like.Overall I would recommend this place if you are in the area.”

“Despite all of the negative reviews that a lot of in-person banking tends to get these days (I believe that people are impatient and don't like standing in line), I am here to say that I have always received stellar service at Wells Fargo, and namely, this branch. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by friendly people. The tellers are all efficient and polite and professional. I never have to wait long in line, as they consistently have ample staffing. When problems arise, the manager(s) are always close at hand and eager to help out. This branch is convenient (lots of parking, central location, easy to get to, good accessible hours), clean, bright, and has a good layout that promotes quick service. I really hope that in-person banking never goes away, because, for some of us, interaction with a live, helpful, kind, and knowledgeable human being is priceless. There are simply services and questions that cannot be dealt with over the phone or online. Please save in-person banking! And Wells Fargo is great. This branch is particularly the best out of all the local ones (Hillsdale, downtown San Mateo, Belmont, downtown Burlingame, Broadway, etc). Foster City Wells Fargo branch is my go-to place for great service with a smile, and help with all of my banking needs & questions. I come here every week and the staff here feel like family/friends. They really deserve the recognition for all their hard, professional work!”

We recently moved to Sunnyvale and this is the closest thing to our house. I am so glad that it is because the staff here is so friendly, they were so helpful and in the short time that I've been here I feel like I've gotten to know a few of them one-on-one. I'm so glad that this is our new bank. Thanks again to the staff for being so awesome! They were even so friendly with my one-year-old daughter that I bring him with me often. “Swooped and guided by Ms. Anju Nigam, the branch manager, I was welcomed to the office to help me understand the latest rates for longterm deposits. Though most transactions can be managed at the ATM or online, there is a continued need for human judgment and personal clarification of the "small font" details that impact, deposits, withdrawals and penalties. Most importantly, especially in these uncertain financial times, one needs guidance to plan emergency access with least hassle and cost. Ms. Nigam was patient, cool, collected, low-key and carried a conversation discreetly and preserving the "sanctity" of our conversations.
