And all the goodies they have in the store. I always get a bag of Beef Jerky and a soda and all my questions answered. Thank you Chris

This place is great! The owner (I believe his name is Lee based on the other comments here) and his employees are always so friendly and helpful. After having several bad experiences regarding customer service and wait times at the post office on Austin Dr, I looked for an alternative P.O. Box mail location and I'm so happy I've made the switch.

Get your passport photos here! I'd like to give a special shoutout to Chris at this Mail Store location. He quickly and efficiently provided me with passport photos that met the stringent requirements for renewing a passport online. He not only took crisp, clear photos, but he also edited them to meet the spacing requirements. And all this at half the price I paid at another business which gave me marginal quality shots and no editing. Thanks to Chris, I got my passport in record time!

Wow! Highly reccomend The Mail Store for all your printing and graphic design needs. Ask for Sam!
Met the owner, Lee, at a local networking group, he text me that night and said great meeting me, professional & timely interactions from the start.
Sam took my logo & made a fantastic business card for my company.
Example of their professionalism: The printer had an issue with my logo, even though it was no fault of the mail store, they tweaked the image and reprinted to make sure it was perfect! Hard to find this kind of professionalism and craft dedication these days.
(I have the same business-card passion as American Psycho & they superceded my expectations)

Terrible customer service. I called to ask a few questions and the lady who answered the phone named Martha was very rude. Before I could ever finish my question she interrupts me and says “I’m too busy scanning packages I can’t help you”. And hangs up!! Just wow!
