Wonderful boarding kennels and cattery, I felt secure leaving my (anxious rescue) cat with them for a few days. They kept me updated via email whenever I asked. They understand what's important to a pet owner.

My husband and I have used Spring Creek Kennel numerous times over the years with previous dogs. We have always found the kennel staff to be caring and friendly with our pets. We trust this kennel to keep our little 7 lb. Maltese Theia safe, while we are on vacation. Our dog has an inside Kennel type crate with access to her own fenced outside run area. The inside is heated or air conditioned depending upon the day. Hanna was lovely and friendly during our pick up encounter, letting us know how she ate and socialized with the other small dogs.

We got a big dog from the pound 5 years ago. He is so smart and we love him very much. That being said ,we have never left him with anyone except family in the past when we had to travel and he couldn't go. But we had a family vacation planned with the family so he had to go to someone else. While looking for places for him to go to we found Spring Creek kennels on Yelp . We appreciated the reviews and decided to try them out ourselves. They are very thorough about vaccines, fleas, health and temperament which is very important for us too. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. They insist on at least one 20 minute playtime a day , which we could be happier about . But most important Merlin loves them. He's been there twice now and every time he is happy to go with them! Such a relief to have an affordable and caring place to take our fur family to in the event they can't go with us:)

We took our dog Henry for his first time with SCK&C and were greeted by Cristina. She was very courteous and answered our questions. Henry, who is normally apprehensive about new people and new environments, was put at ease and went willingly with Cristina. When we picked him up, Cristina explained how his stay was and gave a feeding score of how he ate each day. Looking forward to taking Henry back for his next visit.

My doggy is a senior doggy who is skittish. They take such good care of him and so patient with him. I don’t have to worry when I’m boarding him because they all treat him like he’s a movie star. ? he loves the staff here, I think he has more human friends here than dog friends. But he loves going here! He especially loves Elizabeth

We have been taking our dog Brodie to Spring Creek Kennel for doggy daycare and we have LOVED our experience. Brodie is always well taken care of and comes back a happy boy. We love that the dogs get playtime and also get their own space to rest throughout the day. We both work full time jobs and it is nice knowing that Brodie is in a safe environment with reliable and responsible staff. The staff has been amazing and they are so welcoming and kind. Liz has been great, she always give us feedback on Brodie's day when we pick him up and always goes out of her way to accommodate us like, giving us towels when it rains and putting on Brodie's leash when we leave (Brodie is a crazy boy when he comes out and it can be hard to wrangle him in).

My husband and I love bringing our fur baby to Spring Creek Kennel and Cattery. We have a dirt covered yard with no roof, so we only bring our dog in on rainy days to keep him from playing in the mud. Our fur baby loves it and always leaves exhausted from a play filled day. Their cost for doggy daycare fits into our budget and we couldn't be more happier with their service. They always greet us and have nice things to say about our dog which we appreciate. The location is easily accessible but slow down or you'll miss it. They have plenty of parking and ample space for your cat or dog to stay. It's a very clean facility and your dog will not leave smelling like pee, as we have experienced in other places. I highly recommend you check them out and/or ask for a tour!

This place is great. This is our go-to place when we go on trips and need someone to watch our cats. The staff is incredible, and they were kind enough to accommodate me when I made a mistake and booked my cats for the wrong date. When one of my cats wasn’t eating, they called me right away and let me know about the issue and asked for recommendations to help him; and they were able to fix the problem and get him to eat!The cubbies are a little small, but honestly a great way to keep your cats safe and healthy. We once had our cats stay at a free-roaming cattery and both our cats came home sick. I definitely don’t have that issue when we bring them here!Be mindful that you cannot drop off or pick up on holidays or Sundays, so if your trip starts or ends on a Sunday/holiday you’ll have to make the necessary arrangements around that!

Spring creek is by far the best boarding/daycare facility for your pet! Everybody there is so loving and caring. The place is so clean and smells amazing. Both my dog and my cat love it here! They are always happy to come back! I love that they offer playtime with other doggie friends, or one on one with a staff member if your dog isn't too dog friendly. They have a big turfed area for the doggies to run around, and even a pool! my favorite part, though is that the dogs runs are indoor/outdoor, so your pet can go in and out all day and night, and the inside is heated and cooled! and the cat enclosures are so nice and cozy! I will NEVER bring my kids to another place. Spring creek kennel and cattery will forever be their favorite!

First time using Springcreek for my fur baby. Ms. Lisa helped in processing him and made it as smooth and fast as possible. Ms. Cristina assisted with getting him back to me with all his items regardless of how awesome it is raining outside! Fabulous first impression!

Absolutely the best dog and cat housing in San Diego. Our dog loves this kennel. He always comes back happy. They are so loving to the animals and treat them with care and love. Christina is wonderful. We have not met a staff member that is not just like Christina.
