One of the pharmacy technician Maribel is very rude. I called to fill a prescription, she puts me on hold. That’s fine. Next thing I heard the phone receiver got lifted. Because now I’m hearing all the movement and going on, after which the phone got hung up. I called back . She kept say hello hello like she’s not hearing me. Even though I’m responding hello. She then hang up. I then called the front end and Spoke to some one named David. I asked him to please transfer me to pharmacy, and asked them to pick up their phone. I mentioned to him that the person who’s answering the phone is very rude.He apologized to me,and then transferred me. The phone rung a little and the person who picked up the phone verified her self as Marinel. One of their customers was just telling me couple days ago that she had a bad experience at the pharmacy and the tech name was Maribel.not kool at all.

The pharmacy is extremely unorganized. The line is always long for starters, but more annoyingly, I called in my refill at 8am and the automated service said it would be ready in 1 hour. I came to pick it up at 5:30pm (9 hours Later!), and after waiting in line for 15 min, the receptionist tells me it is not ready, and it will be about 30 more minutes. Fix your system, so you stop wasting customers time.

Bad, the pharmacy staff is bad and tired and they don't tell you anything today I went to the pharmacy because I just changed but I'm going to look for another pharmacy because the one in Spring Valley

This review if for the pharmacy only. I am the POA for a stroke patient who was getting discharged from a post acute rehab facility into long- term care. The rehab facility tried to call the pharmacy to order numerous, expensive meds, including a vital prescription. My friend only had one dose left of the vital med. The rehab nurse called the pharmacy in my presence, but no one answered, so a message was left. I was later talking to my friend's insurance carrier rep, who tried to call TWICE, and had to leave a voicemail. I called a couple of hours later, and had to leave a voicemail. Multiple messages left, and not a single call back. I finally walked in at 7:00 pm to see whether the prescriptions had been received, only to discover that no one had bothered to return any calls. I was told that we probably called "when we were really busy." Excuse me? Four or five calls over several hours? They then told me that they would be calling the rehab nurse back, but she had already left for the day! By this time it was 7:30pm! I told them that if they can't be trusted to answer phones or return calls, then they can't be trusted to fill numerous, essential meds. I'll go to another pharmacy. They were going to get numerous, monthly, EXPENSIVE prescription orders, but not now. Good job, team.

In regards to the pharmacy: WORST experience every single time but I have to go here for prescription. There's always a MASSIVE line, and the associate helping is always extremely rude and dismissive, won't let you explain everything before interrupting you, etc. You can ask them to verify a medication manufacturer, be told yes it's the same as last month, and still get the wrong one. Nothing is ever fast, and none of them want to help. Try to prove you wrong before checking and seeing that they're wrong.

My experience with the staff over the phone and in person was the best by far. Cynthia was friendly and helpful and went out of her way to help me with a Rx transfer quick and easy. Also the store is very clean, fully stocked and organized and the rest of the staff and check out experience was superior. Thank you.

There’s always a a long wait in the pharmacy line, even if there’s 1 person in line at the counter they don’t have it together.. each person takes about 10 minutes to help. They can never find medication, and each person takes too long

This is regarding the pharmacy and only the pharmacy...look I understand you probably get tired of seeing hundreds of ppl a day and get tired of putting hundreds of prescriptions together a day but there's no need for attitude...I came to pick up a prescription for my son which is supposed to have a automatic refill for it...when I got to the counter and gave info the lady behind the counter rolled her eyes at me and said there's nothing in the computer saying a prescription is ready and asked if it got called in...I told her it was supposed to be a autofill...she said nothing on file and asked what it was...I told her and she said I can have it ready in 30 minutes and I said ok expecting her to tell me have a seat or we'll call you to the window when it's ready but she said nothing, stared at me and said you can go now...like what the heck...you didn't tell me next steps that's all I was waiting for...just rude. Sadly my son's insurance doesn't allow him to get prescriptions sent to CVS because if it did that's where he would go instead of here. He's told me in the past that he's come in for his refill and it's NEVER ready EVER.

Every time I go to the store if I need to use the restroom which in the last case was an emergency, my bladder was about to erupt they always say that their bathroom is out of service. The quality of the store needs to be fixed and they need to take care of their job and maintain the restrooms.

The pharmacy is horrible. Every single time I go in there it's a problem. If you want you medication on time do not expect it here! I'll absolutely be changing my pharmacy asap!
