One of the worst experiences of my life if I could give 0 stars I would bc when I went in for a simple oil change and when I came back all of a sudden my car needs a new belt ,altinator and my transmission is now apparently leaking and to me that was really odd bc I didn’t hear anything and I to top it all off I have a 2024 so what he described that he heard slash saw was so far off to me but after declining for them to do the work so I can get another opinion come into found out not one of the things they had mentioned was what I needed to fix all I needed was a simple oil change. it’s really sad when u try and support small businesses and this is what they do to u . DO BETTER DO NOT SEND YOUR Vehicles HERE !!!!!!

A word to the wise, stay away from this scammer. Does not take ownership in his work and will charge you an arm and a leg.

Scammers. Who doesn’t use primer on a paint job? And how does a truck barely run after getting a new long block, heads, seal kit etc.? Ohh and you’ll charge for headers but don’t actually put new headers on the vehicle? Unbelievable, way to steal peoples hard earned money.

This establishment is a complete rip-off. They put minimal effort into their work and frequently take shortcuts. You're charged excessively for the subpar services they provide.

11,000!!! In just two pieces of paper with only about 500 dollars in actual work done to a friends vehicle… 2500 in an engine replacement that never happened and it has a rod knock after the fact!!! I mean come on you minus will be sueing yourself for a surious case of fraud!!! Couldn’t even paint the vehicle correctly as it’s been found to have no primer under the paint in areas that are pealing off… original headers still on the vehicle even though customer paid for new headers parts plus installation. On top of that!! The vehicle won’t even stay running unless you maintain throttle!! But this is only the tip of the iceberg… hope it was worth 11k because the shop owner is about to lose everything in legal troubles or fleeing the country

This place did horrible work on a friends truck. Spent so much money on work that wasnt even done properly or at all. Parts were paid for that were never installed. Absolute rip off, avoid at all costs.

I was in an accident and had to go through the insurance to get my car situated. After I received a rough quote for the damages by the insurance, I then had to take it to an auto shop so they can get an actual estimate of the damages. I wasnt sure where to go, I was driving around and just decided to stop at this place and im so glad that I did. Right away, they made me feel comfortable and like they were going to help me as I was already frustrated and confused by the insurance company. The owner and the staff were all super friendly and treated me like as if I were family. They communicated with the insurance company for me as well as getting me a reservation for my car rental. I would highly recommend Morenos and will refer anyone who is looking for a shop that gives quality service.

my daughter was coming off the 125 and had a fender bender. we were referred by the church folks to take her car to Moreno's Automotive. i am so glad we did. my daughter's car has been pieced back together and it looks like it never happened. Moreno's owner went the extra mile to insure we were satisfied by replacing our battery he also diagnosed the problem with the check engine light and repaired the vacuum leak. all with-in our budget of $2500. i recommend them. them as in their whole team. good job... thank you.. tim corley
