Went there to erased everything in my old phone to have it delivered the young kind lady at the counter help me to erase everything that was on the old phone so I can return the old phone even though this place was Metro by T-Mobile, she was kind enough to still help me with the phone thank you very very much for your help. Excellent customer service thank you Metro

Alejandra helped me - my experience was very similar to "Freddy Z's" as described in his review on 02/20/2023.I lost my phone yesterday, panicked and ended up at Metro at about 6pm. With no "fuss" Alejandra helped me select a new phone, she did all the things on-line and on the phone needed to cancel and then reestablish service.She was as Freddy Z said; multitasking with other customers and walked me through the process.Thank you Alejandra and Metro.

Ask for and check your receipts! Went to upgrade my phone and they added premium scam block, I did not get a receipt and I should've asked for it. It's only $2 monthly BUT I do not appreciate getting services added without my consent especially if I am just upgrading my phone.

Amazing costumer service. I had a problem with my phone not even Apple helped me with, the owner fixed it in less than 20 minutes. Super nice people. Would def go there again
