The McGrath Family YMCA is a favorite location, consistently described as great and highly recommended. Members feel always welcomed by very nice and helpful staff and trainers. The facility is always clean and offers a greater amount of equipment and machines, including a dedicated stretch room. It features two huge pools, one indoors and one outside. There is a nice soccer field, basketball court, and tennis area. Members appreciate the many options and the many different varieties of classes for different ages and skill levels. The Childwatch staff is excellent, going above and beyond. The YMCA serves communities in Rancho San Diego, El Cajon, Spring Valley, and Jamul, empowering people and fostering youth development through programs like swimming lessons and soccer.
Gym is clean,people's are really nice,BUT machines are really low! Smith machine is just 1! So have to wait so long! Need at least 1 more short back seat. Shoulder press machine is really not the one you expect! Need more of the Lower weight dampells like 10,15,20 lbs. LastOpening hrs are really limited,especially on weekends,

I don’t know who Isabel is but she searched for my 69 year old mom in this place when I was worried she may have fallen. God bless her. YMCA this woman needs a raise. Or at least a medal
