Worst customer service from one of the workers calling us names and being very rude and unprofessionalI’d recommend dealing with Jake only which is the owner of this establishment other than that I would say fire that ungreatful worker or I see this shop losing plenty of business because of him

Coming from a female that is always skeptical of these businesses taking advantage. They are trustworthy, patient, and pleasant. I have always received my car back in great condition and in a timely manner. Will not take my BMW anywhere else!

It's been a whirlwind of car issues for my wife and I for the last few months. All three of our cars needed things from batteries, transmission, tires, tuneups, new convertible top, fuel lines and a new front bumper replacement. This time to replace squeaky breaks pads for the BMW. With our extended warranty expiring with the BMW dealer. Going there wasn't an affordable option anymore. We needed to look elsewhere for a cheaper but still high quality BMW car service.Getting a tip from another car place. We found out about Little Car Shop in Spring Valley. Located in a warehouse business district. I initially was turned around getting there using my iPhone map app. Luckily I got the address and found them. There is a lack of business signage but can be located by looking at the large numbers on the buildings designating the addresses. The business operates in a building in the back.Making an appointment earlier in the week. I dropped my car off in the morning and it was ready in a few hours. Miguel helped me that day and did a fantastic job with our BMW. No more squeaky breaks. The Little Car Shop also saved me hundreds of dollars because it would of been a lot more anywhere else. I know this because I was quoted prices. So I am glad I came here.Support local business especially the good ones. Little Car Shop in Spring Valley when it comes to BMW's are the best.

Trustworthy, outstanding, brilliant that is Jake. I have known Jake since 1984 when I got my first BMW! I consider him a dear friend whose helpfulness, honesty, and diligence is without match! My life’s journey can be told via my cars and, through it all, Jake has kept me safe ...forever grateful!

Jake is the best guy around. I have multiple BMWs and Jake is a master mechanic with every single one. Fair pricing, quality work, and years of experience you can't ask for anything more.

Jake is awesome!!! He replaced my battery at no cost to me. He had some issues with the guys that sold it to him. But he told me not to worry about that!! My battery had a warranty and he honored it. He is a wonderful man and I highly recommend him. He is an awesome mechanic and a highly reputable person!

I can't recommend LCS enough for any Bimmer-lover. Jake and his team have been the best technicians and aficionados I've seen in the West Coast since I've moved here, and I hope to keep them the only hands that touch my z4 and any other BMW I own down the line. What the shop lacks in size or corporate polish, they make up with what must be a collective century or more of weathered, grease-covered experience and love for the cult of oil. If you can get a moment when Jake is free, be sure to talk shop- his salt and breadth of knowledge is good for a dose of humor and humble-pie.
