Rented a U-Haul from here and when i arrived the staff was rude and not helpful. Told me to call U-Haul customer service to get my rental. Gentlemen who i was told was “the man” for rentals was raising his voice at me and the rep. Even the rep I was speaking to from U-Haul did not understand why they were being so difficult. She called the store and they ended up passing the phone off to me which frustrated her and I both even more. Truck was dirty, obviously not maintained as it would rev high from a slipping transmission. Tires felt off and super bouncy. Overall horrible experience and would not give them a penny again.

I really like this place, it's really stoked and has a wide variety of wine,beer etc. I only give it 3 stars because the lady behind the register is rude. I kept asking for something and never answered me. Ohhhh but 2 handsome guys came in and totally different personality. She greet them, smiled and even offered to help them find anything????? The guys that are normally there are much nicer.

Today one of the employees . Came to my rescue. I had to pull over from 94east. My engine coolant temperature went to the red. I got off the exit. The nice Man that work at the liquor store came across the street to help me. Then a nice Angel checked my vehicle. Antifreeze all on the ground. Not one but 2 Angels came to my Rescue.

If you don’t want to get ripped off, don’t go there. I got a U-Haul truck from them. After a very long week of moving out, I forgot to fill up gas to the same level when I picked up, so they took advantage of it. They charged me $90 for about $20 worth of gas. Even though there’s a gas station right behind them. And 2-3 gas stations within 30 seconds of driving. Shameless.

This place sells a particular brand that I like. When they ran out of the product, I let them know and they immediately got on the phone and ordered more. I appreciate when businesses go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I've also used them to rent U-Haul and the process was quick and easy.
