DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! They sold me a lemon! 24 hours after purchasing the vehicle the check engine light came on. I have only had the vehicle for 3 months and have had numerous mechanical issues with the vehicle. I contacted the BBB regarding this matter and the owner never responded to them! HORRIBLE people to purchase a vehicle from!

Do not buy cars on this site, all the cars suffered very serious crashes, these thieves make up the cars and sell them with clean title, all those cars have problems that cannot be fixed, they modify the miles and modify the computers so that one does not see the problems, I bought a car with supposed 50k miles from 2017, but the car broke the transmission after 3 months and it turned off when it was moving on the freeway without showing codes on the computer, in addition to all this it had a crash serious reported in the carfax and when I bought the car they did not tell me about that crash, I made the claim and he shamelessly told me that he offered me $6,000 dollars for the car to help me, when I had paid him $12,000 dollars for the same car In the end I had to sell that junk piece of car for $3,000 and lose $9,000.

Just bought a car here a week ago. It was fine at first and they’re nice understanding people. However, immediately driving off the lot and onto the freeway I heard this small clicking noise. The next day I noticed the panel underneath the front bumper was hanging off. The car was also low on every fluid in the engine. I called the owner and he told me to bring it in the next day so his guys can look at it.When I took it in the guy that looked at the car told me that nothing was wrong and to just wait until it shows up as a problem on the dashboard. excuse me? He also looked underneath and said that it looks like someone took out some screws. I told him there was no way that I went under there and did that, I’m bringing it in for these issues! And he told me to go back in 2 weeks to see their mechanic. Sir, this needs to be addressed now and not in 2 weeks.I’m willing to update my review if the owners make it right but this is just awful service.

I know my situation wasn't easy, but you both stepped up to help my family and made sure we ended up with a proper vehicle to help my current and growing disabilities. I can't properly express my gratitude in words. We LOVE our new to us, but USED vehicle we purchased from you! LOVE HER!! Don't buy from them! I have kids and one with disabilities I'm also a student my self, I desperately needed a car to take my daughter to her Dr.'s appointments because she has a lot of medical issues including kidney and heart disease. Last week I bought a car with them the car looked nice on the outside. The gas tank was almost empty and the inside was filthy but that was the least important thing that matter to me. They assured that the car was in great conditions and gave me their word several times that I had 30 days to guarantee and I have witnesses of all they said to me. I asked them several times if their was any mechanical issues with this car and that if it had any recalls? Again they responded at all times that the car had no issues at all. They made me sign double of everything and then gave me papers saying that I don't have any guarantee at all! I Filled up the gas tank and called my AAA and insured the car right away because I thought that I wasn't going to have any issues with it. By the 3rd day of driving this car I was in the high way with my kids and the car was jerking really bad. I got scared and took it to 2 different places to get diagnosed both places said the car needs a new transmission and it had safety recalls and it was unsafe to drive they where astonished that it had less then 1 millimeter of brakes! The brake disks are also bad! The car has a lot of other mechanical issues. I bought it in full 1 payment with my debit car for $9800.00 Repairs will be $7396.4 Its a 2013 with way over 117,800 miles. I have proof of all that I'm writhing in this review. I really trusted this people. I chatted with sales person on messenger and called that sales person too they are only playing around and haven't resolved anything. In one of my conversations with the person who sold me the car I asked if I could take the car to them to get fix but he said, come on Monday honey. So I said to take you the car to fix right and he answered (" no honey I don't have time for the car"!) ("You come see me I miss you honey") I called the sales person again on Monday only to be yelled at by other sales person and threaten. Be careful they will lie to you to sell you any car. They also fix cars there so I don't understand why they didn't fixed it before selling it? They are rude, unethical and unprofessional and should have their selling license revoked! At this point the only thing I want to settle this, is for them to send a tow truck to pick up their car and give me my money back, so I can buy a car some where else. Where they will treat me with respect and not sell me a broken car.

I have purchased a vehicle at Grand Auto Sales in February 2020. The vehicle itself was a good deal. However there were many things he promised he would fix that he did not fix. He fixed some things like my side panel on the back passenger side. However most pieces, like replacing 2 tires were not done. He replaced one and told me the other one was replaced too. He did not fix my side panel on the driver's seat door. Then he promised me he would send me the antenna for the car. I have called back 5 times asking where my antenna was, he always said he would send it to me next week. Then I called again, and he said the same thing. Now it is May 20th and it has been 3 months that I bought my car and still have not received my antenna. He also submitted my address incorrectly to the DMV. I never received my license plates, I just got off the phone with the DMV today and now I have to renew my registration for $220 because I need the 2021 stickers now. I would not recommend buying from them. They will promise you things and NEVER follow through after you buy the vehicle.

dont no go there unless you have too horrible horrible women working the night shift i had to call nhpd on her for her to tell the truth about the payment options she sat ate fried chicken and was on face booked while i had no clue the process when the police came there came a option crown would never do this nasty nasty uncaring women
