Showed up 1 hour after they opened and only 2 people working on a Saturday. It will take almost an hour to get car washed. Stay away !!!!!

Horrible. Go somewhere else!! I have been going to this place for years. Last Saturday was the final straw, I will not go back. I normally get the #4 wash. Several times in the past when my car was ready, I have had to ask them to wipe something down, or clean a window, etc...never a really good job but I try not to complain and I liked the fact that I didn't have to do it myself. This past Saturday, I had to take my mother and aunt to a memorial service. I went to have my car washed. Even though there were only 3 cars ahead of me, it took 50 minutes...I was then starting to run late so when it was finished, I got in my car and left. When I got home and ready to leave for the service, I looked in the back seat and neither of the back windows had been done. The fingerprint from grandkids and nose prints from dogs all over. It wasn't that they missed a spot,they had not been touched. The console in the back was not vacuumed, and the doors were not wiped down. I had to wash windows and wipe down the dash, console, seats, and doors. If I had not been on my way to the funeral, I would have gone back. I did call but no answer. I left a message and asked for a return call but no one has done so. I thought about going back on Sunday, or yesterday to complain but I figure I just will not use their business.

if only I read the reviews before I came
I came for a quick was since it was empty and it took an hour for the basic wash. Only 2 people working at the whole place. It's a joke of an establishment. Machine is old, not working.

You need to see the yelp reviews cause this is so tricky no way jose this place consistently gives the WORSE CAR WASHES they are sloppy & i do think they are or have been under new ownership for the past few years. Before this place was great like 5 years ago but I promise you unless you just want a quick substandard wash like just coming back from camping etc ok but if you want to be happy, satisfied & proud pf your car you actually would have a better experience going to Lemon Grove Car wash they are pretty good. Again just remember if you dont pay attention to this dont say I didnt tell you so ie streaks, improperly dried windows just terrible. 1st time shame on me, 2nd time shame on you & again there is a yelp listing for this place & that shows a bunch of 1 star rating thru actually deserve zero but you have to provide at least one pity star apparently!

They slow and the car wash is old and jank you can find new places for half the price with new machine and alot quicker service

Washed it looks better but was too expensive and couldn't even clean inside of windshield without trying to over charge for full interior clean but if you bring a dually truck its 75 exterior not the best wash but looks better

Paid $40 and it looks worse. These guys do not pay attention to the outside detail, they do not dry your car in time and there’s water marks and so many new scratches on my car. I pointed the spots, they wiped it and sprayed some solution on it and it made it even worse. There’s still a lot of dirt in my car as well, I have to re vacuum. I’m not coming again. Waste of money and time.

I always go to this car wash at least a couple times a year and have a full car detail and wax. It's convenient and they are nice people and have coupons and specials

What a disappointment. I paid for the “super pro plus” only to get a cheap cleaning. I don’t know if they thought I wasn’t going to notice or wth, but they didn’t clean and vacuum correctly. I told them about the vacuum problem to get out of there but once I check the rest I can’t believe this guys. The guy from front desk was very nice. But please if you can go somewhere else, do it. The guys who clean the cars don’t care, they just want to get you out of there, of course with a tip. This will be the first and only time coming here. ✌?

This place sucks! Do not bring your vehicle here! They don't know what they're doing. First of all the cashier is on different hours than which this place opens because he doesn't come in until about 8:30 thus delaying the operation of this carwash. When my vehicle came out of the wash, it still had bugs on the grill. When the crew completed drying my vehicle had water still running down my side door, rims still wet and they didn't even dry the front grill completely. I had to keep telling the guy to dry this and that, it felt like I was out there supervising. Do yourself a favor and go to that carwash on Troy St and Sweetwater Rd. The prices are cheaper and the quality is better. Yelp needs a zero star choice!
