Worst place to have a car fixed. Took a car there for a TPMS warning light. They changed all 4 TPMS (Charged me $250) and the warning light is still on. They had a hard time programming the new tpms they put on, they said new car battery (charged me $200) will fix it, it didn’t. Didn’t even have issues starting the car. Then they said reprogramming the module (charged me $80) will fix it, it did’t. Then told me a new module will fix it and tried to charge me $500. I just had enough and picked up the car than having them change it. I took it to an auto electric specialist and they told me only the dealer can fix it, and that didn’t cost me a dime. They don’t know what they are doing and will try to replace things that are not broken in your car and charge you for it. Had they diagnose it correctly, I wouldn’t have had to replace those things and get charged for it. Maybe they’re good for getting new or used tires, but when it comes to any mechanical or electrical issues, just take your car somewhere else.

I've been going to this shop for 2 years now and have yet to be disappointed! Great service from the customer service to the actual work, and very knowledgeable about what they do! On top of that great references when they cannot help! Keep up the amazing work you guys!

This is my go to shop for all things car related. Victor and Monica have gone above and beyond when it comes to helping me take care of my vehicles. I've purchased 2 sets of tires for my Jeep and Tesla Model Y from here. Victor and Monica helped me lift my jeep and dial in my suspension when the dealership couldn't. If your looking for an honest mechanic from a local shop look no further!

I had a great experience, brought in my car from a recommendation from Jesse’s Mufflers and Brakes. Great recommendation, my car had some emission problems, but Victor and Monica worked diligently on making sure we had it right, there was a lot of figuring out with a P0411 code, but ultimately my car passed smog check and we identified that Cadi’s are not the best on filtering carbon build up. Overall I am very please as I was informed and involved throughout the process.Work done at this shop:- alignment- tune up- oil change- P0411 check engine code

I was recommended to this place by one of my coworkers. He described the business as a “reliable mechanic & a family-owned business”. Which immediately put my mind at ease.I originally took my car in to get what I thought was an alternator & a brake problem which turned out to be just sensor issues.From the moment I called to make an appointment to the moment I got my car back, these guys have been very professional, efficient & very helpful.Not only are they great at what they do, but this shop also has integrity, is very knowledgeable & friendly.I am very pleased with their work & happy to have a reliable car that I can feel safe in.

HORRIBLE!!!! I came in for a routine alignment and the guy (owner) told me I needed to replace my upper control arms before he could do my alignment. Brought it back for him to do and as soon as I left the shop I noticed my truck pulled to the right a lot & it didn't do this before I brought it in. Long story short I brought my truck in 3 or 4 more times I lost track & he couldn't figure out the problem except told me I needed more things fixed in order to fix my alignment. At this point, I went for a second opinion. Went to Clarence Brown Alignment in Claremont area. In less than an hour they told me what the issue was, there were two left upper control arms installed. I went back to Fox tires to let him know and to give him a chance to fix the issue he created. His answer was they were wrong and didn't know what they were doing. More words were exchanged but in the end he wanted me to pay him more money to fix things he thought was the issue. I ended up going back to Clarence Brown and paying them to fix the issue Fox Tires created. After a few hours, my truck was fixed!! I will never go back to Fox Tires & if I were you I wouldn't either!!

Brought my car in for a not working and clicking AC and they tested for a leak immediately, found the leak in the condenser, ordered a new one and had fixed within 3 hours. The team was patient with my questions and made the process so easy. Also the price was extremely fair?? the owners daughter even offered to give me a ride back home (very close to the shop). Thank you guys

Don't buy the tires with guarantee. The guarantee is bs. Doesn't cover anything.
