Enter to this dollar tree ?, to get some items, as I go to the cashier-register, to pay. I have witnessed the register cashier clerk(Rosa)being rude to a customer. ?This customer told her you dont have paint brushes, and the register cashier(rosa)tells her whatever we have is all we got on the shelves dont you understand? It was harsh for this employer to respond to any customer while asking a simple question. it was very awful & disrespectful that this register-clerk(rosa) responded to the kind customer this way, I was in line and I couldn't believe what I have witnessed, seeing & hearing what was going on. This employee has no right in treating any customers in that behavior. The nice, kind, customer was sad and told her thank you & walked away. Are dollar tree hiring convicted, to work in this store. The CEO of dollar tree ?should hear what's going on in this dollar tree ?. The register-cashier(rosa) had a bad attitude. That's not, how to act in this or any working environment! I wonder, who's doing the hiring process for this position at this dollar tree. What ever happened to great working staffs? I will not shop here due what I have witnessed during my visit here. This is not my first-time I have witnessed something horrible in this store. General manager should beware of how horrible the employee at this dollar tree, are treating all customer's.??

i AM DONE SHOPPING AT THIS STORE. I ORDERED CANNED CAT FOOD TO PICK UP FROM STORE, WAS NOTIFIED IT WAS THERE AND THEN WAS TOLD WAS NOT IN THEIR SYSTEM, MY ORDER. SHE DID NOT EVEN SCAN THE BARCODE FROM THE EMAIL. WAS TOLD I WOULD BE REFUNDED AND I HAD TO REORDER. FUNNY THEY HAD THE CAT FOOD ON THEIR SHELVES AND COULD OF PULLED THEM.TODAY GOT EMAIL THANKING ME FOR PICKING UP MY ORDER AND THEN ONE SAYING BECAUSE I HAD RETURNED IT I WAS REFUNDED.

I really don't understand how this store is still open or has good reviews on here. Staff is rude, always acting like they're stocking the shelves but leave one employee struggling by themselves at the registers. The manager currently there accuses customers of stealing and will yell at them in front of everyone in the store, humiliating him because he complained about how long the line was, only to find out they didn't have anything. Either close the store or fire the manager.

The store was neater than I'd seen it in a long time; that made me completely relaxed. That said, there were many shelves half empty, but there were a bunch of product boxes, right in front of the cash register, still waiting to be unboxed and shelved. The bright spot was the cashier, Lea. She carefully wrapped each of the glass jars, which are gorgeous, and the ceramic bowl. She packed the bag perfectly so it wasn't heavy. And, to top it off, she took the person who walked up behind me after she was about to take a break. Great customer service!

It's not exactly Tiffany's, but if you're on a budget and can work with a few unknown and questionable additives than nothing beats Dollar Tree.

liked this store. seems bigger then the other I've been to lay-out is annoying the best I've seen of any store, you'll intuitively know where the thing you're looking for is. they actually leave you room in the aisles. minus one star for having one cashier and a 5 min line

This site is run down, always looks picked through. The cashiers are always talking to their friends while ringing up customers. There seems to always be a long line to check out. Better off driving to Grossmont Center.

Make sure you don't have any plans before you make a trip here , you're going to be watching co workers talk to each other while they have one person on the register I know it's dollar tree but damn wouldn't you want to get the customers out so you have more time to chill
