You know who I am Sam!! What happened today was uncalled for!! I can’t believe that you reacted the way you did because I was upset with myself for, so throwing the money on the counter had nothing to do with you at all!!! You as an owner of a store such as yours you should have a little compassion for your customers. You know that I would go to your store over cigs and gars 2 which is right across from where I stay because I enjoyed going there because you would always have my product, and I enjoyed having a conversation with you whenever you would slow down and talk, by the way, you should have a people person at the counter and you should be running around the store and talking on your phone while your person at the counter engages the customer. Today when I went there you didn’t have my brand and I was very undecided on which other one I wanted to try but didn’t want to get stuck with something I didn’t like, I know to you $25 might not be much but for someone who’s not as well off as you $25 is a good amount of money. When I threw the money, it was like throwing a bet down at a casino because I was taking a chance on the $25, when I mentioned to you with a question of what would happen if I didn’t like it, you looked at me and said oh well I can’t take it back. YOU WERE YELLING AT ME TO GET OUT OF YOUR STORE AND NEVER COME BACK. Trust me I won’t, you need help buddy!!!!! SO WITH THAT SAID, YOU GET A BIG FAT ZERO !!!!

Smoke shop is amazing they have great prices! HUGE shoutout to the employee Hermz he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind! I came in with a group of friends and we all had questions about different items and he taught us so much stuff. Thanks Hermz you deserve a raise bro fr!

Nice looking cigars selections area great humidor . The manager lawrence was very helpful and friendly.. while I was shopping I asked him for a pizza shop recommendation suddenly he surprised me with Hot-N-Ready pizza from next door complementary . Thank you for everything
