I do not have anything but good things to say about this place and would fully recommend to anyone needing assistance with their cars. The employees like Jorge are so nice and helpful and really explain things to you so you know what's gonna get done. Especially as a woman it's hard to find a place that doesn't feel like they're trying to scam me.

Spring Valley Caliber, from the moment you walk in and are greeted by Lisa, and the thoroughness that Anthony explained what was necessary and the possibility of underlying issues , the service was friendly and professional. We were kept informed, given a ride to the shop to pick up the car and they had even washed the car and dusted the inside of the car. We hopefully never have to use them again, but definitely would if needed and will recommend to friends and relatives.

I did not find this business to be trustworthy. They called and tried to charge us more to paint the bumper, saying there was additional "fresh" damage since our estimate. The supposedly "fresh" damage on the side of the bumper was a 1 inch spot of red paint that occurred 2 years earlier, with zero actual damage to the bumper. Their estimate already included repaint of the entire bumper, this was nothing more than a blatant effort to extract more money for nothing. We came right back and pulled the car from their shop. Do not trust!

My experience was great here. Customer service was excellent. The ladies at the front desk were nice and welcoming. What I liked most was Jorge calling me and keeping me up to date on my repairs and also my car was repaired earlier than expected! They work fast and my car is looking as good as new. Thanks so much to you all I appreciate it!

They are very professional. The work is done quickly. They are the best body shop in the area. Not far from my home and I didn't have to deal with freeway traffic. Better than a Toyota Body Shop. Thank you.

This place has taken care of my car twice now. I am very impressed with the quality of their service. This last visit was due to a dog ripping up my car (saw on camera) even underneath the car and after taking my car to Caliper Collision it looks like new. The customer service is the best you will find. I had a guy named Lalo that took care of my car. The communication was great and most of all my car looks new again! Photos are 5 before and 2 after.
