They have a security guard that sits out front of the bank that always greets me, and opens the door when needed!!As soon as you walk into the branch, you get a nice greeting!! Not all branches do that!They make your banking experience pleasant!!I always get a have a great day after my transaction!They deserve a 10++++”
“UPDATE: Kayla, the branch manager as of June 2024, does a superb job. She was patient with me and took the time to showcase the different accounts available, including those that are totally free like the BMO Smart Advantage Checking account, as well as free accounts for minors.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Go into the branch and talk to a teller and get physical literature that discloses clearly what fees you will be charged for your account! I received a promotional card in the mail to open a new checking account. After opening the account online, I was soon hit with a surprise $25/monthly fee. Today, the branch manager reversed the charge, and also explained they do have different accounts that have no monthly fee. (The manager agreed that the promotion card I received was not clear about fees.) So save yourself the headache and research the account first in-person before being blindsided after opening an account online!”
