I’ve seen the guy at the deli fight and argue with a customer multiple times. He always walks away on breaks when I walk up to the counter. He complains constantly to his coworkers and his negative attitude is infectious. Horrible worker and aside from that the deli counter always looks dirty and horrible. I was a chef for 15 years. The to go food looks old and dry and the fried chicken area is never cleaned they just throw it in and there always dirty bowls and a mess everywhere behind the counter. Avoid this deli counter at all cost. There’s another Albertsons 2 minutes always. This location should either be shut down or they need some serious improvements. One of the most unfriendly locations I’ve shopped at. I’ve done 4500 Instacart orders. I’ve been to Albertsons a couple times

Why are delis in supermarkets not helping customers these days? Four employees, I am the only customer. All of them say they will be right with me and yet let me wait for 5 minutes while they look less than busy with their current task. Isn't a (polite) customer that pays a central piece to a business model?

I bought a $250 gift card for a client and it didn't work. I gave my client cash and apologized. I have my receipt and card and provided it to management and filled out their form. They confirmed this has happened a lot and will process it for me. This was two months ago. They don't follow up with me and I have to stay in constant contact to get any info. I'm getting the runaround to the point of writing this review is all I got. I don't go around yelling and screaming but I bet if I did they'd wake the hell up and do what's right. They keep blaming Visa and not lifting a finger to fix this. It's pathetic.

When I did a pickup order they gave me 3 expired items. The staff are nice people, I'm sure they just hired some new kids who don't know yet to looks for these things. Hopefully it doesn't happen to anyone else. I had to go in and see if I could get something exchanged. I saw expired bread and expired items on displays and in shelves. Limited options at this location. It smells like bleach all the time.

Not only did you guys mess up the birthday cake we ordered and PAYED FOR but you guys treated my mother like she was trying to steal the cake we payed for. If I could give you 0 stars I would. You guys have the nastiest attitude all the damn time.

As a visitor from UK to San Diego, I find Albertsons a great place to shop for anything I need,the produce and all you could ever need is fresh and well stocked and well presented.The staff are extremely polite and very helpful without having to ask.I would recommend Albertsons to anyone ,shop here and you won't be disappointed.Keep up the good work Albertsons!!! ?

Very rude had to bag my own groceries I am disabled with a neck and back injuries the manager looked at me didn't care laughed as we left couldn't believe it not even worth complaining nothing will be done!!!!!!! Third time now why do I go only place close!!!2nd Review on Albertson's same manager name Kenny lazy ,rudeness ,tries to act like a teenager higher up supervisors need to look!!!!!!?? Then you watch the security guard smoke her dope good job!!!!☠️in her black truck Update no change except motor home liveing on the sidewalk selling drugs go bye take away look my god!!!!?♂️?
