Allan is outstanding, foremost he's extremely competent which in today's service marketplace I've found few whom are experts in their field as Allan is, additionally he's honest an extremely fair cost wise which is quite comforting when you're like myself tech challenged, I'm confident you will be as satisfied as we all are having this type of resource right here in Lakeside. I had my S8 screen replaced, it turned out to be a faulty screen. I was given a temporary screen for the weekend so I could use my phone. The new screen was replaced, without question. I love this place, speedy, courteous, overall outstanding!

I recently visited A-K Tech in Lakeside to replace the cracked back cover on my cell phone. Hard to determine whether it was caused by a drop, since I don't recall doing so, or an expanding battery (phone was three years old), or a combination of both, which resulted in the crack. In any event, I was quite impressed with Allen, the owner. He has a patient; a good listener, and presented with a kind, friendly, disposition. I had already ordered and received the rear casing; Allen ordered the battery; everything was replaced the following day; and the phone looks and runs like new! Allen also does repairs PC's and laptops, as well as providing home security and entertainment security consultations/installations, which I also plan to utilize him should I have future needs in these areas.

This dude installed the lowest quality screen on my phone that money could buy. Just your basic budget fix shop. There's no quality to be had here.

My iPad screen was damaged beyond repair, after some research I came across A-K TECH who responded immediately and was able to give me a reasonable a quote "far better then other stores", I took my device and it was completed in the same day! Quick, efficient and most importantly reliable and adorable.
