Why the heck is this branch closed at 5?!?!? People get off work at 5pm. Bravo. Ridiculous that you would change your hours when 5pm is the standard get-off time for most people.

Worst Wells fargo location ever!!! 25 people are just waiting on just one Teller while the other employees just chatting with each other and when is someone one complaining magically they go and help a few and then act they got something to do. And their manager is someone else just walking around and absolutely doing nothing just looking at the long line and smile, he should just try his best for the customers not just don't care. I highly don't recommend you guys go there I rather dive an extra 2 miles to different one than this location. So disappointed!

Service was to slow and others bankers never asked me to fill the form but they were asking me to fill the form it’s okay fine but customer only 4or 5 they took litterly 40 minute to get ours cash and we’re thinking we’ve a big transaction we don’t need wait but we’ve waited job done but bank service can be much better

Worst customer service ever! I filed a complaint through the customer service department with these two. I came here because I got an sign-on bonus offer for $525 if you deposit 25,000. First, Nicholas asked me if I have 25,000? How rude is that? Of course I have the money hence why I came to this branch! And he was telling me "I only have 3minutes to talk to you" wow! Really?! So I said let me talk to your manager. And here comes Kristalyn, even worse! She don't know nothing about the offer, very hesitant to help. She said "just to let you know I have a lot of responsibilities right now than to be talking to you" HAHA! These guys are funny! Not willing to help a customer that would put $25k to their bank? Closing my account soon! Very bad experience.

This bank and Wells Fargo in general have been truly horrible to deal with. Got to get away from them. The list of poor service is long and boring.

Employees always helpful ! I moved a town away from SSF to Daly City/Colma & still come to this Wells Fargo on Chestnut. I visit many Wells Fargos in the Bay Area & this one imo is the best !

Unfortunate, my experience was not good. I stood in line to cash a check from a client; the teller found the client signature to a bit odd and said they will verify with the originator. After the bank called to let me know that all was good, I made another trip to bank during a break from work. The bank was unable to make an exception so that I didn't have to stand in line the 2nd time. I walked out and had to ask the client to get a Casher's check. I bet he was not happy for having to do that.

The male asian teller was extremely condescending, aggressive and honestly racist towards me. I can't believe other tellers were around and said nothing. The lack of human decency from this man was appalling and I am truly sad people like this exist. I hope he is happy knowing he made a woman cry. (I believe his last name was "Ko" because he did something at that counter but I am not 100% sure and do not want to incorrectly accuse anyone)

Long lines. At 3 pm. Only 1 teller. It's about 30 to 45 minutes waiting. Chestnut ave SSF location. Called customer support, they said go to another branch. LoL.

Iv been with wells Fargo for many years and in 2021 the accessed my account with out my permission and robbed me for 1500 dollars. I only found out because I checked my monthly statement. I called to get information on what happened and the lady said she was not authorized to give me any informed on what happened, and that I would have to wait to recieve a letter whare even thing would be explained. So I contacted my attorney. 2 days later we called wells Fargo from his office and spoke to another person and she explained that a mistake was done and my money would be back in my account in 30 to 45 days which still did not make any sense. I have lost complete confidence in them. (Its against the law to access anyone's bank account without prior notice to the account holder and till this day I have not received a letter with a explanation. At this point I have opened another account with a credit union.
