Terrible customers service experience especially there is a new lady I'm not sure if she is the manager or not she is dark skinned Africa American always by the teller line sitting in the back and she is very rude and they have many employees who are non native English speakers where its difficult to understand them they don't even solve any problems I am never going there again terrible and long wait line times with no service at all.

I've never had problems with Wells Fargo until now or dealt with such a rude, unprofessional, lazy, arrogant and disrespectful person until I met Kirby Go. I do not even understand how Wells Fargo hired this man. He needs to be trained or fired asap. Because of him I decided to close my accounts and never come back here! I suggest not coming to this location as long as he remains employed here!! You need to hire people who make sure your customers need to feel appreciated, heard and respected and this man does the opposite. Do better Wells Fargo!

If the economy crashed and every other bank in this country failed, leaving Wells Fargo as the last operational banking entity, I would sooner do business in silks, spices, and wooden chits before I considered doing business with Wells Fargo.I'm from out of town and I needed quarters for laundry, but they refused to give me even $10 because I don't bank with them. My bank doesn't have physical locations so I have no access to coins. Thanks for nothing Wells Fargo.
