I tried for 4 days to get my prescription transferred. No one did anything until I went there in person. Completely inept.

Overall, I like this Walgreens. The pharmacists, staff, etc. have been pleasant to work with. My complaint is that they no longer allow customers to used their restrooms. For seniors waiting for long periods can be challenging when the restrooms are not available.
