Worst! Wallgreens. Bad customer service! They tell you what time your prescription is ready for pick up then when you show up it's still not ready.I will change fo CVS FROM NOW ON!The Pharmacist here are veryl slow and not knowledgeable at all! The tech are slow.

I feel bad for pharmacists being over worked. However, they confirm my prescription is filled over the phone (twice this time, I wanted to be sure), and then I come to pick it up and it is not ready. This always happens sorry to say. They also refused to fill the amount my doctor prescribed even though covered by my insurance. I don't know why they are so confused. This is for a basic standard medication for women lol. Now I am waiting another 30 minutes (hopefully only this). Long lines, incompetent, inefficient, consistently poor communication. I cannot recommend. Hoping CVS is better.

I recently was in Wallgreens to get my latest Covid shot. I was asked about my history of vaccinations by Nurse Nancy. She was able to look up my medical history. She gave me a couple of shots that were needed, and told me to schedule an appointment for other necessary shots. These are all covered by Medicare, at no cost to me...I was very impressed with the staff and let the manager, Michael know how much I appreciated every employee that helped me. Michael runs a very competent staff, and is always there to keep things running smoothly!!...Thanks Michael and Nancy for the great work done by all, and the 5 star treatment that I received!!

Exceptional Customer Service at Walgreens Pharmacy , Westborough, SSFO. Ca. 94015I recently visited Walgreens Pharmacy and was thoroughly impressed with the outstanding customer service I received. The highlight of my experience was the exceptional assistance provided by a pharmacist who, despite being pregnant, went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met.From the moment I walked in the window, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Bad and slow pharmacy service. Pharmacist was rude. Waited 20 minutes to get a simple prescription. Both people manning the pharmacy station I would rate 1/10 on general competence

My first time using this pharmacy on a random Tuesday night. I LOVE the pharmacy techs and the pharmacist! I think their name is Jackie? Making this my main pharmacy from now on because of them!

When I was paying for my items, the cashier had some trouble with my order. She asked me to wait while she called her manager. Her manager was so rude to the cashier! She looked at her then ignored her request for help and continued to ring at least 2 other people in line. I waited for 5 minutes as my cashier was trying to ask her manager again and again for help. The manager came over, clearly annoyed, and barely tried helping. She eventually said "I can't do anything about it" after maybe 15 seconds trying to troubleshoot. She said I have to pay or leave my items. So disappointed in the terrible customer support at this store and the poor way the manager treats her employees!

Worst pharmacy and customer service! Whoever is running this pharmacy is clueless. They couldn't find my prescriptions and now I got a cancellation for my meds through text?! Seriously?! SMH

For the Pharmacy...horrible just like what most people said! My wife's prescription has been filled here days ago this is our 3rd attempt and at 1:30pm the line ahead was 7 people ahead and all we want is to pick up! Management should fix this by having a dedicated pick up and drop off counter/line----it's THAT SIMPLE!!

I called to my refill prescription in on Monday. I was informed it would be ready at 8:00 a.m. the following day. It is now Friday and it isn't ready. I was was told the pharmacy was a "little behind" filling prescriptions. I asked if 4 days is a little behind I was told yes. Then they said I would have to wait another day or two for my refill. I am down to one dose and they refused to give me 2 or 3 doses to get me by. The funny thing is another prescription that was authorized by my doctor for a refill on Tuesday was ready for pickup. I have been going to this Walgreens for over 30 years. Service has been nonexistent for the last 5 years with employees who don't have any idea what customer service is. I will be changing my Medicare prescription plan next year so I will not have to deal with this in the future. I don't understand how anyone can give this store more than 1 or 2 stores. Maybe they just got lucky.
