Walgreens Pharmacy is a convenient local place to pick up medications and receive vaccinations like the Covid shot, often covered by Medicare at no cost. Many customers report exceptional and friendly customer service from the pharmacy staff, pharmacists, and cashiers, who are described as nice, competent, and knowledgeable. The staff, including the pharmacy techs, receive praise for providing helpful, five-star treatment and for going above and beyond, with specific mention of a dedicated pregnant pharmacist. The store offers a wide selection of items, including ice cream and Squishmallows. However, the location has some noted issues. The parking lot is considered a pain to navigate, often hectic with tight turns, and parking can be hard to find during peak hours. There have been isolated incidents of people stealing and a disruptive altercation requiring police. Additionally, an online ordering problem was reported where an item showed as out of stock and cancelled but was actually available in the store. Despite these occasional problems, many find it a solid and reliable pharmacy with a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
This past year, we’ve had endless problems with pharmacy orders at this location. Aslo, they consistantly lack good technique when administering immunizations.
