Trying to get a pool table for rent for a house event in the Tracy area.The cost she told me $3500 to bring in the pool table and set it up? I don’t live in South Cali, I’m only 70 miles away from you.I understand you live the in the Bay Area and trying to operate a business but don’t be ridiculous with your prices like that and ripping people off.Stay blessed with your business.

Wonderful company and amazing products! Used one of their photo booths for our wedding and loved that it came with props and both black and white photo selection options. I have encountered Video Amusement at countless other corporate and private events! Always professional and always dependable!

I reached out to Video Amusement on March 7, 2022. I spoke to Luiza and explained that I needed arcade games for a middle school dance by March 10-yes THREE days away. Luiza came through. She put together a budget friendly quote, kept in contact, and had us up and running. On the 10th Jose and his crew showed up before the event, set up, and had everything going in under 45 minutes. They were prompt with the pick up, too. The students at the dance were very pleased with the basketball shooting, the air hockey, and the arcade games. Luiza and crew came through when we needed her most, and I will be a repeat customer.

We were celebrating the founding day of our company and had some team development activities planned for the day. The staff was fantastic - they helped us organize everything and provided amazing customer service! We chose a chess board game, which was amazing and a lot of fun! The host was fantastic, and the puzzles were quite challenging. Everyone on the squad had a great time and we all had a good time. We would absolutely book again in the future to finish another game. Thank you very much. Customer service was outstanding both before and after the event.

Unprofessional receptionist. And price of renting one pinball machine? $850! Wow, buying a used machine is only $500. Prices here must feed on businesses.

I was thoroughly impressed with the amazing experience we had using Video Amusement arcade games at our recent Basketball Celebration experience. The games were clean and in excellent operating order. Our custom graphics were expertly printed in high resolution and beautifully applied. The installation team was on time and very efficient, and was careful not to damage anything. Most importantly, our guests had an amazing time playing the games. I give Video Amusement of San Francisco my highest rating for their professionalism from beginning to end.

We rented four video games from Video Amusement for Fathers Day and it was great! The games were all as I remembered (including pinball and air hockey). They brought them on time and all worked perfectly. I would highly recommend this company.

I can't believe how expensive it is . The games or LED hoop rentals are north of $2,000 per unit. $10,000 ( ish ) for 4 units ? I would feel much better if they're pricing was more transparent. I'm not sure if that's a starting point for them, or whether they wheel and deal, or whether they're so used to having tech companies as clients who don't care about money.

I really liked working with this company a lot! I received a quote and they were able to answer all my questions quickly. Our event had a lot of detailed setup information. They came out the week before to do the walkthru and found it to be priceless. Day of the event - Their team crushed it!! They were very organized and very flexible - We had some big changes due to weather and they were able to quickly move some of the games and to make the event flow work properly. Their games looked well maintained and looked darn near NEW! Their website had a ton of good info about the games! I will be working with them again FOR SURE!! Great job Video Amusement Team!

I love spending the few mins it takes to review EXCEPTIONAL companies and services. Video Amusement, Luiza AND the incredible delivery gentlemen were the best I've used yet. As an Event Planner, it's all the difference in the world to work with honest, patient, professional & friendly vendors. Call them immediately for your next game needs. We rented their NBA Hoops machine & all our 30th reunion guests enjoyed, men AND women. Have prizes ready for your participants...they'll be on board all night. Thank you Video Amusement. AWESOME!
