I had been having trouble with my phone for weeks. Tech support could not fix it remotely. Then tech support told me that they had made an appointment for a technician to go to my home. I waited at home, and the technician never came. When I called back they said there was a misunderstanding with the agent who told me that. They told me I had to make an appointment at a store and go in for help. Yesterday afternoon at 4pm I came into your store. I walked in the door and told the tall, dark-skinned man who met me why I was here. He told me that no one could help me. He could only help me if I wanted to buy a new phone and upgrade. I told him that I did not want to spend money, I wanted Verizon to fix my phone, like they keep telling me they will. He told me there was nothing that he could do. I was so frustrated! I drove all the way home and called tech support again. They told me that your store employee was wrong; that someone absolutely should have been able to assist me. I then stayed on the phone for another 1.5 hours to attempt to fix the issue. I have wasted so much time on hold, driving around to your store for nothing, and much time being frustrated by this issue. Your employees should learn how to try to help a customer and not just say, "I can't help you." I had been having a really rough day, got off work just to drive to your store, and your employee was too lazy, or too uninformed to bother to help.

Terrible customer service and unprofessional. We arrived an 1 hr 10 mins before closing. They had two appointments ahead of us and 3 people working and told us they couldn't help us. Will not be coming back. Will be changing service lines as well.

This store has a stupid agent there, I need to move the line from AT&T to Verizon and check the price is high for my plan. I told him to cancel the add before coming back to ask me that this means a scam and that this store is a very bad agent. I advise not to go to it.

I just had the worst customer service experience in my entire life at thhis store. The manager Amean was rude, condescending, and demeaning. He kept accusing me of interrupting him when he would not let me get a word in edgewise when the store was unable to get my phone synced. Instead, he proceeded to lecture me about what little his store could do. When I suggested recording the conversation so his boss could hear how he was treating me, he went ballistic and accused me of violating the law even though the law only prohibits recordings of private, confidential conversations (which this was not - there were a number of customers and workers nearby). At one point, he told me he was going to write my options down because "I couldn't interrupt him while he was writing." He kept claiming one of the apps was the problem when it was not (I eventually called tech support who figured out the problem with the phone). Amean, who apparently thinks he is the smartest person in the room, simply refused to listen to me and just wanted to lecture me. Having dealt with arrogant asses my entire career, Amean made them look positively humble. I will never set foot in this store again. Although I am generally sympathetic to store clerks and have never lodged a formal complaint before in my life, I am doing so here. Nobody should be subjected to what ai went thru today. If i could give zero stars I would.

Usually going to a phone store is not fun no matter the company or branch. However Cameron at this location was amazing! He first helped out my parents and they really liked him and he helped them get their new phones. They liked him so much they sent my uncle to see him to get my grandfather a new phone. Then my boyfriend and I went to see him and he's so nice and helpful and makes the experience easy. 5 stars for Cameron!

I would not even give a star to this Verizon store in south San Francisco. It’s been always. a bad experience in this store. I went to add new line with new 0$ phone. I told the associate clearly who was helping us that the line I am buying for my grandfather and he hardly do like 5-6 calls a day then also he added the premium plus plan with Disney bundle and device protection plan without asking me. And then when I asked him, he says that’s the only plan comes with 0$ phone which totally false and I confirmed with online customer service. The thing is you can’t just keep adding the things without asking the customer what they need. It’s just not this but before also I had very big bad experience and it took me like 3 weeks to resolve it and the manager is very rude, he doesn’t even apologize for doing mistake instead he just throw his worlds on us.
