Terrible customer service and unprofessional. We arrived an 1 hr 10 mins before closing. They had two appointments ahead of us and 3 people working and told us they couldn't help us. Will not be coming back. Will be changing service lines as well.

This store has a stupid agent there, I need to move the line from AT&T to Verizon and check the price is high for my plan. I told him to cancel the add before coming back to ask me that this means a scam and that this store is a very bad agent. I advise not to go to it.

I just had the worst customer service experience in my entire life at thhis store. The manager Amean was rude, condescending, and demeaning. He kept accusing me of interrupting him when he would not let me get a word in edgewise when the store was unable to get my phone synced. Instead, he proceeded to lecture me about what little his store could do. When I suggested recording the conversation so his boss could hear how he was treating me, he went ballistic and accused me of violating the law even though the law only prohibits recordings of private, confidential conversations (which this was not - there were a number of customers and workers nearby). At one point, he told me he was going to write my options down because "I couldn't interrupt him while he was writing." He kept claiming one of the apps was the problem when it was not (I eventually called tech support who figured out the problem with the phone). Amean, who apparently thinks he is the smartest person in the room, simply refused to listen to me and just wanted to lecture me. Having dealt with arrogant asses my entire career, Amean made them look positively humble. I will never set foot in this store again. Although I am generally sympathetic to store clerks and have never lodged a formal complaint before in my life, I am doing so here. Nobody should be subjected to what ai went thru today. If i could give zero stars I would.

Usually going to a phone store is not fun no matter the company or branch. However Cameron at this location was amazing! He first helped out my parents and they really liked him and he helped them get their new phones. They liked him so much they sent my uncle to see him to get my grandfather a new phone. Then my boyfriend and I went to see him and he's so nice and helpful and makes the experience easy. 5 stars for Cameron!

Terrible experience! The customer service was poor, and the manager was extremely rude. Never again will I take my services here! The manager was very hostile and shouldn't be working here!

The leadership at this establishment is horrible. Today, August 1st, 2023, I needed a charger for my hotspot device, so I go to Verizon. The manager Amean tried to sell me a few products but when I started to have questions to make the best decision, he got short and aggressive. So I asked if there was anybody else that could help. He told me no. He said he was the manger & that he could put me in the Que. he told me he could not get someone else to assist me again after I requested additional assistance due to his resistance to answer my questions. He told his team member to not help me as well as she was the only other agent on the floor and told her I was being difficult. I had never spoken to her, and her responses were, "well we told you this, and we told you that." Whole time she was never on the floor when me and this man was speaking. So I said you never told me anything so I didn't understand what you told me, we never spoke. Through all this, a customer congratulated me on how I handled it, she said if it was somebody else, they would have addressed him differently. He really put me in the Queue after two people to purchase a charger. Entire time, he has me checked in with an agent on the app. So it looks like I am being helped, for over an hour, when actuality I am not. After 30 minutes, I begin to ask questions. The manager isn't able to help with a purchase? Amean tells me no, he can not. AND that he can not get somebody else to help me. I ask "Why does it say I am with a specialist when I am not." The manager proceeded to say I have to wait for somebody. Fast forward, as I am asking questions and wondering why I am receiving horrible service. A team member comes out and he is willing to help me. Amean, the manager, proceeds to reject the help from another team member that is willing to help me. The team member willing to help went to the back to get his tablet. I told the Manager that he was not living up to his name. & he said I was throwing racial slurs at him. This gave him enough to call the SSF police to escort me out for cussing, being loud, and saying racial slurs.---his words, not mine----I could not believe this. I had been waiting for an hour at this point. I have been with Verizon for OVER 5 years, I have never been treated like this. To buy a charger for a Verizon JetPack. This establishment needs another Manager. He does not deescalate situations and in fact escalate them. This experience is making me question my entire business with Verizon. As a customer I should receive the best service, as well accurate information to assist me. I was told many times, that the manager could not help, and his only and primary job was to check people in. Verizon, you should really check in with your team members at this store. I suggest doing so when the manager is not around. As I was speaking to a team member, asking questions about the manager, he stormed from behind the wall to address me. I did not know he was listening, or in the room. I am sure he does this to other team members. Does not create a safe environment. They are really being mislead, and better leadership is what is needed to help this store thrive and better serve their customers better. I hope we get a new manager at this store to display better leadership. It's truly needed. ******As I look further in these reviews, the Manager Amean has a FEW reviews on his service. * **** Verizon, do you take your customers feedback seriously? This manager is RUDE and SHOULD not be working in customer service as a manager. Maybe a team member, who is not responsible for leading others in the same way that a Manager is responsible. He has proven in multiple settings that he is incapable of providing the service Verizon holds themselves too. I hope you do the right thing, and support your customers. As this manager is not for your BUSINESS.

I wish I can come back to say Verizon addressed my concerns after reaching out to them so often. They have ignored me. No one has reached out to offer any information or feedback to my complaints. Avoid.

This one is directly for Amin, if you can't be civilized to Verizon's customers don't leave your house, quit and stay home. From the minute we walk in you were aggressive and rude, you kept saying "as I said" when you had not told us the full information. Your coworker did not even take the time to get all out information and pushed us out the door saying we had to make an appointment and when we come back two hours later for said appointment you don't even apologize you immediately become combative and rude. By far one of the most hostile customer services experience I've had. AMIN kept saying he IS the manager and nearly lost it when we suggested we had spoken to his manager earlier. Relax buddy, manager or not your still failed at providing customer service.

Stay away from Verizon! I'm a paying customer with a maxed out plan! Yet my internet speed is very slow. I came to this branch to find out why my internet is slow. They said there is a $29 charge for them to take at look a my account!!!! What!?? I'm paying $160/month, Verizon doesn't provide the service and now you want $29 to take a LOOK at my account? I'm taking my business elsewhere! Stay away from Verizon!

I had switched from Verizon to Xfinity because Xfinity was cheaper than Verizon and allegedly used the same tower network. After I made this switch my cell phone wouldn't work in an area at the Russian River So...l decided to go back to Verizon. I went to their store at 150 El Camino Real and spent 2 and one half hours going through an elaborate process attempting to make this switch. I had to unlock my credit with Experion (locked because I had previously been a victim of identity theft). I paid an activation fee of $29.99 and the monthly fee of $60.38 and was given a SIM card with instructions to put it in my phone in 2-3days. I did this and kept getting a message "you're prone is not activated. If this problem persists go back to the store." I went back to Verizon on a Saturday and was told my phone wasn't activated because I hadn't paid the above fees so....they put me in collection. They then gave me a list of numbers one of which I was to call to correct the problem. The Catch-22 of this situation was that my phone didn't work so....they had to drag out one of their phones, plug it in for me to make the call. I called and, lo and behold, the message says "call back during regular business hours Monday through Friday". While listening to this my customer service guy had walked away to leave me to fend for my self. I became frustrated and pissed off and and cried out "Can someone please help me!'. This provoked the manager to come out and lecture me about "my yelling". I said "Well, what are you going to do, call the police? He answered in the affirmative so....I quietly sat there and messaged my credit card company to dispute the two charges I had made 4 days prior and then left. I went to Xfinity and reactivated my account with the IN TEN MINUTES! Terrible, incompetent customer service, a total waste of time.

I had a terrific experience with Mark at this Verizon location helping out with my Samsung cell phone technical assistance last June 2022. I hope he gets to be manager of his own Verizon store someday. Mark was helpful, knowledgeable, professional, kind, and supportive while he helped fixed my cell phone. Keep up the wonderful work Mark, and the rest of the Verizon team!

Devin and Chris helped my family out a great deal! After visiting other stores they were the only ones trying to get to the root of the problem. Definitely the best Verizon location ever!!
