If you need customs broker services dont waste your time withh anyone else. Vantages team does buiness the old fashioned way that has been lost. Fast sharp, friendly, solution oriented and non explotative. They earned my respect and that is not easy. Ill always use and recommend them anytime i have inbound units i need fixing.These people teuly helped me box my situation and the people involved into a corner with RAW FACTS and hold them accountable

Shauna was extremely helpful in arranging with a warehouse to receive a large freight shipment of home construction supplies that couldn't be delivered directly to my house, due to needing a loading dock and forklift. There was an issue with the freight company (not Vantage Point) being delayed, and Shauna went above and beyond contacting them every day to keep me up to speed on progress and anticipated delivery date.Very much appreciated - thank you Shauna and Vantage Point!

Shannon helped me with my first sea freight import from Alibaba. I had no idea what I was doing. This company helped me tremendously when the shipper of my container- Kuehne and Nagel decided not to provide customs broker services for my shipment. I found them on yelp. Shauna made it completely painless for me. I have no shipping experience and I am not in the field of shipping. Outside of filling some basic paperwork, I had to do nothing. Fees were very reasonable. The response was great . I will use them again if needed. Thank you
