The customer service is terrible, from the moment you arrive they treat you with discrimination, as if they don't want to serve you.

There is usually only one person working. Sometimes two. Most of the time there is no line.

There are seven people in line and only one clerk. Why?

Visited today, 6/21/23. Had to mail certified mail and needed two transactions. I greeted the worker JOSE (Bald Guy) with a Hi and a smile. I proceeded to give him 3 of my mail, he saw that I had 2 more and said "Give it to me". I said, oh no, i would like to ask if I can have 2 separate transactions. In a much louder, almost yelling voice he said "GIVE IT TO ME". I explained again regarding the two transactions. (Remember, he's not saying anything else but "give it to me") He says again "GIVE IT TO ME" "I KNOW, I KNOW". JOSE I don't know what you're so unhappy about. Could be your job? Could be because you're unhappy with your life? Well, I'm not. Want to be an A$$h0le. Wait until after work! Don't bring your rudeness to work.

The only USPS that was not kind enough to tape my box. “There is no free tape here.” They said and asked me to buy my own tape. Just a heads up for someone that is going to send a box through this USPS, you will have to buy your own tape, $3.99.

This review is for the South San Francisco USPS trucking transportation - the people who pick up the phone are incredibly unorganized. They do not call back when they say they will, they do not give notice if they do not have a driver scheduled, or provide supplies when asked. The lady on the phone is always rude and needs to do something else if she isn't happy doing her job. They can be reached at 415-550-5063

Super unhelpful clerks. The clerk behind the desk made me buy $4 tape only to tell me I had the wrong box. The box I needed included sticky adhesive, then she refused to refund me for the tape I didn’t need.

Not helpful at the person who attended the front desk. Also, it took more than 3 weeks to get to an international destination (more than 2 weeks to get out of the country the package). It is ridiculous.

Stopped by to grab a sheet of stamps for my passport and this place looks so old school. Big room for all the mail boxes but inside where you pay is very small and tight . Lucky for me there was no line when I came but heard a-lot about how this place can get so stuffy and crowded . My first time experience was actually fast , easy and very friendly. I mean the clerk at the front was very helpful and answered questions that needed to be answered . For me customer service is always a must where-ever And for this experience its a 5.

I came to this post office a few weeks ago right before taxes were due and waited 50 minutes in line to get some stamps. There was only one person working at the front and dealing with so many costumers, while there were other employees in the back. Big props to the man holding it down in the front, and it's not acceptable to have one person handling so many costumers, especially during busy days such as this one. I hope that the management does a better job at making this place run smoother and not stretching their employees thin.
