Website and the door signs says the post office closes at 12p. I came at 11:40a, doors are locked, no one present, and it’s closed. No sign explaining why it was closed early. I drove 20 minutes away on a Saturday, to come here. VERY disappointing.

I've had two packages go missing/stolen at this post office. Be cautioned as this location has thieves. If you use this location then get tracking or else you will be robbed by one of their employees.

The people working in there are not qualified to work there I have had my mail returned due to them saying I moved and I’ve been there at my address for 23 years I had forwarded my mail to a PO Box due to renovation on the home and it’s been a nightmare dealing with the delivery of my mail they keep returning the mail to senders and only deliver the junk mailAfter paying an extra fee issue still not resolved and wished I would have never dealt with them unorganized and not qualified to do their jobs avoid at all cost

I went there to mail out an urgent letter 10 minutes before they close on a Saturday, 4/22/2023. It was busy with a line of customers. The male staff that helped me was very polite and willing to provide the mailing options I got patiently. It was probably the best experience I have gotten at a USPS.

Odd to write a review for usps but every time I come here (seldom) there is exactly one clerk. one! I know not here name or any relevant info so that she can receive compliments...says little. just keeps the line moving.

Returning a package and the seller only sent me the shipping label without the QR code. Post office would not print nor did they allow me to print at their office. Online it says you can not sure why this office says you can not. Had to drive to fedex have it printed etc... returned to the office to ship and they were complaining that I didn't tape the label to the box. Jesus Christ provide a service and tape it for me. Next time I should just drive the package there myself.

I loathe leaving negative reviews but I need to express my grievances with this place. This by far, was the worst customer service experience I've ever had at any post office. I came in on a Friday afternoon and the older man behind the counter was so unhelpful, I just couldn't believe his attitude toward me asking him a few questions about returning fastrak tags. He was very rude and snarky. I left with more questions than answers. The only reason I came to this one instead of the one in San Bruno is because I was close by at the time. Never again. Avoid this post office at all cost.

Whoever in your post office CUT OPEN and STOLE the contents of my recipients mail is a straight up A******* F YOU for being a horrible slimy POS. My hard earned money and sentiments down the drain. Can't file a report with usps because I don't have a tracking #. These assholes who work here and all the way to the San Diego USPS where the mail was delivered know how to steal and not get caught. SMH.

A bit of a smaller USPS location, but since I only needed to send out a couple of certified mail letters, it was pretty easy to accomplish my goal here. I came here on a Saturday morning expecting there to be a bit of a wait but luckily, the line of 2 people ahead of me moved quickly due to one very efficient guy working behind the counter. Perhaps if people were here for more complex needs, things would have moved slower.
