This is the best place to ship stuff. Friendly staff and cheapest pricing. The local UPS Stores are typically franchised and family-owned and there tends to be price gouging. Please use this one if you like being treated well and get stuff shipped on time without issues.

Parking can be difficult as so many UPS trucks park in the customer spaces.

Came to drop off 4 packages. While parking is somewhat limited due to the Parcel Trucks in the lot, they do have dollies for use at the time of posting this to help with bringing in multiple large packages. The staff member who helped me was also very friendly in my interaction with her. Great way to get the packages into the system quickly if you have the ability to drive out to where the warehouse is.

UPS store connected to work hub. I’m a pre-loader I load all the boxes ? in the trucks. Good exercise and then all day free. Or a second job.

The worst UPS shipping center. I have a next day delivery and the package was perishable. UPS driver did not ring the bell or knock thus there was no way for us to know if he came by or not. UPS claimed that the driver attempted delivery at 9:45 AM and found no answer thus the package was sent to the UPS store and let the perishable item sitting at 80F temperature for more than 20 hours. The medication inside the package was ruined and spoiled. When I filed a claim against UPS delivery the manger , Candace and the associate Desiree were so irresponsible and lied about the driver did ring the doorbell and knock because he said said he did. I was at at house till 10:30Am and my spouse works from home all week. Both of us did not hear any knocks or door bells from the morning till 10:30AM before I left for work. When I finally got home at 7PM and noticed the UPS post it on the door asking me to pickup the package at the UPS store. Of course, UPS closed at 6PM. The package was left there to cook till the next day. When I opened the package all ice packs were melted and there was a residuals at the bottom of the vials. Candace was so irresponsible telling me to claim the sender. It’s our fault for not noticing the post it on the door sooner. If no one knocks or ring the door bell who would be checking the front doors every minute??? The driver just don’t want to waste the extra time to do extra work asking for the signature. Thus, he left a post-it and went on his way. Leaving the work to the receiver to pick on on their own.UPS charged me $80 for the next day delivery with signature confirmation without trying to deliver the service that I paid for. What a scam! Don’t use USP. There should be a class law suit again UPS for not providing the service that they charged for.
