“Great smoke shop!! Awesome customer service, Sammy is always helpful.I’ve been coming here for about a year. The guys behind the counter are always friendly, especially the owner. The location is great and there’s usually open parking spots by the meters just in front.They’re open 24 hours too. My hours can vary wildly, since I drive for Uber. Sometimes I’ll have an airport reservation at 4 am, knowing I can always stop by the smoke shop any time is comforting.”

“A small, but very popular smoke shop in Daly City. There's a variety of things to pick from, including vapes, bongs, backwoods, incenses, etc. BIG SHOUT OUT to Safe and the manager, BG who were on the floor, they were super welcoming and helpful. Both were absolutely patient, friendly and thoughtful. They helped recommend the best vapes, and answered questions about the products. I would say the Flums are on the costlier side, but definitely high quality and of great value. Make sure to check in for their exclusive perks :)”

“I've been to Occidental a couple of times now, and it has quickly become the place for my friends and I to get a great drink and smoke a cigar after work; even the ones who don't smoke! The selection of cigars is fantastic and the owners mix up an excellent Manhattan. The ambience and decor of the joint is what you would expect from such an establishment and will not disappoint. Most important however, the owners make cigar smoking accessible to newer folks, and the clientele is probably the most diverse your going to find in a bar around the FiDi.I would absolutely recommend the Occidental to anyone looking to smoke a cigar and have a drink in SF.”

Example: I purchased butane & was told $10 / can or 2 / $15, great, wrap it up I'll take it, upon further inspection back at headquarters on the can label it reads " NOT for individual sale, buy one get one free BOGO" in other words the discount they got was not passed on to me.”

There was a situation one day, where I gave them too much money, and I hadn't realized, when about to walk out, they stopped me and told me I gave them too much money, then passed me back my money. “Sooo much to choose from here! Wine, liquor, beer, gifts for entertaining. They have items that are chilled and ready to go or to be stored. I came to get a 12 pack of beer that my friend likes. I was killing time before meeting a friend for dinner and found some sour beers I was interested in. I also scoped the Irish whiskey aisle to see so many distilleries I'm not familiar with. With going to Ireland soon, I didn't want to bring home whiskies I could get at home so I did some studying. A rep was nice enough to help me with some of his favorites. “If you're into kratom at all, this place is great! It is a wee bit expensive, but they do a great job sourcing their kratom and provide excellent descriptions of each type they have for sale. It's also significantly higher in quality than just some generic bag you'd get at a gas station or smoke shop. I'd recommend checking it out!”
