Stance Lab came highly recommended from a friend before this visit when I was actually asking around to find a shop to do some performance and show mods on my 5 series, but unfortunately that car was wrecked before I got around to bringing it in. This recommendation stuck with me because he recommended them for working on his Lambo, so I definitely felt comfortable knowing they are capable with high end cars. A few years down the line to now, I just had a dashcam/backup camera installed for my X5. My wife is driving the X5 more often now, and said she’d prefer some sort of backup camera not just the sensors, and I figured the dashcam I was running could use a replacement, and the wring job I did definitely needed cleanup! Installation work was very high quality, camera is nice and tucked, the wiring is nice and neat. Car was also ready for pickup at promised time. Wilson is very friendly, and easy to talk to. He is also very upfront and provides accurate quoting, so no surprises when it comes time for pickup and payment, which I find very refreshing when it comes to independent shops. Thanks, and will be back for other service needs!

Took my McLaren in to be serviced for regular maintenance and a Catback exhaust. Wilson was not only friendly, but was professional, had the knowledge and updated me every step of the way. Excellent Customer Service Wilson Tam helped me figure out what I needed when my dash message said scary things like brake and power steering malfunction. That was enough for me, he helped me figure it out with simple explanation for a "girl". I will return for other things I need, but in today's world of declining customer service , Stance Labs will keep me coming back. Many thanks !

Had a great first experience at Stance Lab. Wilson and Michelle were courteous and professional. I got my brake pad quote within 24hrs, scheduling an appt was easy, and the job was completed within the stated time. I mistakenly requested an estimate for some work I didnt need and Wilson gave me a call to correct the scope of work.

I tuned my Macan S at Stance Lab and I couldn't be more pleased. It was quick and easy. I called Stance Lab in the morning, in the afternoon dropped the car off and in a quick few hours the car was ready. It went from from 348 horses and 354 lb-ft of torque to 420 horses and 480 lb-ft of torque. The difference is uncanny! Wilson and Aaron are great to deal with, very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back with my AMG :)

Driving from Paso Robles to Mendocino in our 2005 Crossfire, which is the bast&%+ child of Mercedes & Chrysler, the CEL came on in South San Francisco. We called 4 different independent Mercedes repair shops. All refused to look at the car...except STANCE LAB! Explained what the issue was, drove the car to them and was back on the road the next day!! Aaron and team were incredible! I cannot say enough about their diligence, tenacity and compassion. We will be forever grateful! To the other 3 shops= phewey to you!

I've been getting work done on my Nissan GT-R here for the last 3-4 years. Wilson, Aaron, and Michelle are consistent professionals and will also address any questions or concerns you might have. From start to finish, they are great about keeping you updated on the progress of a project. This is my first recommendation if you ever need PPF/Wrap or work done on your garage queen.

Wilson at Stance Lab set up my Mercedes with a Weistec turbo and tune upgrade, some repairs, as well as got new PPF installed on my Lotus. Stance Lab is great to work with and I highly recommend them.

They do excellent quality work. I recently had a pre/post purchase inspection it was very thorough with photos of the potential problems spots. One thing that could be improved is the descriptions on the invoice. I like to keep meticulous service records for my cars and some parts were described as OEM even they were aftermarket. Pricing for the entire bill was accurate otherwise. These guys aren’t the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.
