I needed a back windshield repair the next day and they were able to squeeze me in the following morning. Someone emailed me right away during off hours. Thomas was cool, very friendly, and nice. He finished the repair quickly in an hour. He cleaned up very well and provided great instructions of how to take care of the windshield post installation. The final quote was cheaper than the bigger named companies. I recommend them if you need any windshield repairs.

Today I did a last min quote and repair and Thomas gave me a quote within 10 mins and went and picked up the window and drove from San Carlos to Suisun within a hour and on the average that's an 1 hour and half drive off top. And when he arrived I kid you not he did a very exceptional job I mean he explained it and showed while working and finished it super fast and put everything back in order I'm definitely recommending him to anyone ask for Thomas.I definitely appreciate his work not to mention the last time my window was changed it was by the dealership and they did a horrible job so everything happens for a reason thank Thomas for your expertise. 5 stars for him

*** This review is specifically written for their responseI was driving down Hwy 101 when a pebble flew into my windshield causing a star-shaped-chip about an inch or so in size. I contacted SAG after doing some research, and they promptly replied the day after December 25. I ended up using another vendor, but wanted to write this review to highlight how quickly they responded to my request.

I had a cracked windshield. Called and spoke with Ty. He answered all my questions, got back to me with a reasonable quotation, and was able to schedule me in for the next day. Thomas the technician called 20min before arriving. He was professional and skillful, taking the time to explain each step. The replacement windshield came with brackets preinstalled for the camera and rain sensing modules. The job was completed in little over an hour.It seemed to me all my sensors, camera and HUD were working fine after the installation but decided to have calibration done for peace of mind, and also since it was included in the price. This was handled by their partnering workshop in San Francisco, and completed in 30mins.Thank you guys for a job well done!

Windshield was installed in 1 hour on the same day as I got the very reasonable quote by Ty. They gave me a 2 hour appointment window with a 20 minute heads up text. That's really a nice feature. I could go out and do an errand and be back in time if necessary.Travis was the installer. He was on time, courteous, and appears to have done a good job of it. Quote was all in: there were no hidden charges, and tax was included in the quote. Sweet. Thanks!

Safelite Auto Glass SSF cracked my glass to a point where I need to replace the whole windshield after a failed rock chip repair. Wow! These guys are great. Thomas and a partner came out right away (about an hour after my call). I told them that I had to leave for an appointment at 1:30 and they said they could complete the work by then. They were done an hour earlier at 12:30. Polite, informative, straightforward and honest. No hidden charges, even included taxes in the quote. The work and windshield are perfect. With all the stone chips I get on my windshield from Bay Area highways I'm SO GLAD I found them. And it was a refreshing experience after dealing with so much poor customer service these days. They really made my day
