You know what guys,If you're going to let your customers use the restroom, Don't rush them ! Whoever was after me who was waiting. Couldn't even wait for 5 minutes? I'm doing number two, I remember I told the owner I will buy something if you let me use the restroom, but if if you're going to rush me, Hell no I'm not buying anything from this establishment! After the customer lied to you saying that I left the bathroom messy. Those construction guys who are working there today that tall guy who was waiting for me at the bathroom looked at me as I finished & opened the door, he looked like he couldn't wait, come on construction guy grow up kid. Wait your turn & Also Don't lie to the owners, u said that I left a mess I know I left it smelling good with my spray and I always wipe the area after I leave. So whoever complained about me today, grow up kid! To the owners. I won't be coming back here ever , worst shell ever. Owner told me to not come back. I didn't even do anything wrong! Impatient construction workers here today. Stupidity and rude construction workers! Beware they look at you and laugh at you as you leave. Construction kids.

I pulled into this gas station to wait 15-20 mins for a friend to get off the airplane and the clerk came out to tell me I could not wait there no more then 5 minutes. There is a dozen plus spots with a sign posted 15 minutes. This is a inconvenience for those not around here and I live 6 minutes from this gas station by the airport. Do not give this shell station your business. Go to the other side of the freeway it's near fast food and Costco.

The pumps do not work well, the machine to put air into the tires does not have a caliper, I do not recommend this gas station

They sold me stale gum expired 08/21. I have a picture. I didnt notice until I drove off and ate some. Also they always have issues with their gas pump.

Pumps are old or simply poorly maintained. Most of the time have to spend minutes for Nozzles to work. I been told is their sensors that need replacing, but owner wants to wait until all Pumps get replaced. This is not safe if this happens specifically at night. Customers become easy targets spending unneeded time focusing on something that should get fixed right away. Not safe. Not business like.

So I go to this shell all the time to get my car wash. Never had a problem. This one time I'm getting my car wash the wash doesn't give me the green light to go (inoperable). I typed the number in while waiting for the person in front of me getting their car wash to finish then it would be my turn. Tried driving up to see if it would activate, and nothing. So I go talk to the employee and tell them what's going on and Apparently the person that was in front of me getting their car wash pulled either backed up or drove slowly out of the wash. After talking with the employee they say there is nothing that could be done. So no refund and no new ticket for another wash even though it wasn't my fault. So yeah never going back to that specific location again

The guy at the desk will try to charge you if you ll buy somethink and take kesh back ???. In the check was 32 $ cash back but he gave me 30 $ after that I asked him where is my 2$ and he said that 2 $ is for charging cause they don’t have money and He said that I had to go to withrow money at ATM ...ofcourse he gave me this 2 in the endCrazy man ??? ...
