Beautiful new sales and service facility with great people. Katrina the general manager was incredibly help and professional along with Bill Scott in sales. If you are looking for a new Benz I would absolutely recommend these folks.

would not recommend .. 4-5 calls to the service department within 2 weeks and NO CALL BACK. Called the dealer in South Bay and got a callback with in 1hr . Not happy to drive 30 min for service my car but at least i got good service so far

I'm with M-Bz SF since early 2000. I was lucky to meet one of the best service advisors- Andre Aton. 20 years later, he is still talking care of my car (the 4th one). He really cares. If you want an amazing service advisor- look no further!

We bought a beautiful used car from salesperson Bill Scott for a great price and in great, like-new condition. Bill was helpful, friendly, and professional. Finance manager Raphael Chin was efficient and didn't waste our time upselling us with unnecessary products and packages. If you are looking for new or used car, go see Bill Scott.

Brought my 2022 E53 in for a cup holder warranty repair, they ended up messing up the center console (wrong fitment, and climate control button not working) and damaged my leather around it. They not only did not admit it, they wanted to charge me $400 for the leather repair. Not only do they not have the skills to perform the task, they also do not have the decency to fix the problem they caused. I am regretting getting the car now with this kind of service from mercedes.

Brought our GLC 300 coupe in for the first service. I scheduled myself a couple of weeks ago for a 7:40 arrival and was welcomed with open arms. Manny my service advisor took my input, checked me in and got me set up with a courtesy car in a flash. And I was back in the road. Looking forward to getting my baby back today.

Great sales team and great new lot.This new dealership has lots to offer in one space, not all chopped up like the old dealership location. Tammy from sales is absolutely wonderful to work with. And kristopher is very knowledgeable about products. -10 The WORST service department. I went here out of convenience and I should have known better. By far the worst service department, the worst customer service ever. Dropped of my car in the morning for its pre-paid service, didn't offer me a loaner or ride back home, no call from them later that day to let me know estimated time of return. I called the next morning and they said they would call me back. Never got a call. I called that evening before closing time and they said they still didn't know the status. Called this morning in day 3.. and of course the service department is closed. In the future, I will and I advise all others to take it else where.

Another poor review of their service department. Wish I would have looked on here before coming out of pocket over $800 and letting them destroy my car and leave it looking like a bear high on meth got inside and couldn't get out. After charging $825 to tell me it needs a new engine and quoting $17000 for it, I sent a trailer and my guys to get it back. When we arrived the vehicle was all wet on the inside, windows down, and torn apart and not reassembled. Truly the sloppiest work I've ever seen and that's coming from someone who owns over 30 fleet vehicles and has dealt with nearly every brand and service dept. incidentally this is my first Benz and probably my last at this point. Also; it took over a Month for them to even get me a diagnosis from the time we dropped it off, and even with it taking a couple weeks to pick up after that, they still could not even put it back together or use a jump box to close the open windows. I'm not sure what to say other than "beware" and that I'm leaving them the vehicle and will need to turn this over to someone else to try and handle as well as inform MB USA. Speaking of MB USA itself, they already aren't honoring their engines on 2014-17 250e which in this case failed within 85k miles but I've seen reports of them stopping in as little as 20k miles, and tho it's commonplace Mercedes has not implemented a recall. Of course now I can't know whether or not their diagnosis is even legitimate at all, as it's clear there is zero care or pride in their work there enough to even clean up after themselves and shut the windows. I have before photo showing the vehicle was perfect upon drop off btw...will try and post those later for context tho I suspect these photos make it pretty clear what I'm dealing with there. The reason we went to a multi million dollar dealership and service dept was to avoid something like this. Sadly this seems par for the course in the city for auto service and in order to get quality service on other vehicles we've had to go outside the Bay Area. If you like your car maybe you should think of doing the same!
