I have been eating Sees and lived in San Francisco since I was born in 1959! It is still delicious but the prices are ridiculous! Come on your company since it was bought out buy a greedy Billionaire has raised the prices so much it’s ridiculous! You should be ashamed!

Walked in this store (SSF) today and one of the sells associates lady (Caucasian one with a tattoo on her arm) made us feel like we were intruding and was very hesitant to let us try a sample. We felt rushed unwelcome as customers almost walked out without spending any money. We did end up buying because the chocolate is good but her attitude and customer service skills stinks. Do better.

With attendants being very humble and helpful, this place has been in the neighborhood for a long time. The free samples given to taste their flavors are a plus.
I work in a local High School and would love to have my students to visit their factory in a field trip; I tried, sending a letter of request, but it was denied, due to still "Covid Restrictions." We will try again thus school year...

The chocolates here are absolutely fantastic. If you select chocolates from the case, the price is about $32/lb. The pre-packaged chocolates are less, $29/lb I think. The attendant left something to be desired in the interaction; after I had made my selections and thought I was finished, he rearranged the box so it would look more full. While he was rearranging the box, I decided I would like more candies. He was clearly annoyed at having to redo the arranging. I will absolutely be returning, just maybe be more sure about what I want from the get-go.

This store is attached to the factory. They have a large selection of all of the different chocolate candies.
Vegetarian options: There are no vegan options but none of the candy has meat in it!
Wheelchair accessibility: First floor. No stairs

It's a See's Candies. You can't really go wrong here getting someone a special occasion gift and they put together a wide variety of specialty items for various holidays - Mother's Day, Valentine's, teacher appreciation, and the like.
