AVOID! Worst experience ever! Technician Walid was an absolute invalid and couldn’t understand that I can’t leave my sterile work environment to walk outside to move a vehicle let alone leave critical patients. and the technician was very unprofessional! To make it worse I call to figure out how to reschedule and get the issue fixed spoke with a very unprofessional woman who kept saying a form had to be signed when it had been. But she didn’t seem to understand that and so resolution was had. Avoid avoid avoid. Save yourself the headache and just go to your dealership. Waste of time

Wonderful experience! My repair was done by Sam and he was kind, helpful, and did a great job with the repair. I am relieved. The appointment scheduling was super easy and the text updates were awesome. Highly recommend. Everyone was very friendly.

I'm shocked that a company as well-known as Safelight would provide service this poor. Let me recount my experience for you to allow you to choose if this is the right vendor for you:Walked in. Dude behind the desk doesn't even say hi; he's jacking around w his phone. I felt awkward standing there feeling like "this dude must really hate his job."Technician greets me, super friendly, takes my car. In the attempt to fix the chip he seriously cracks my windshield. Now we're at a total replacement.So I go back to the front desk jagoff. Dude has the personality of a wet fart. Like, bro; your guy just broke my fuggin windshield, at least pretend to apologize for my inconvenience. The apathy continues as he abruptly schedules me for later in the week.They tell me stuff completely different from what my insurance is potently telling me (to their benefit). That throws-up a flag regarding trustworthiness, in my book.I should have checked the reviews before coming here. And if someone from Safelight reads this, I'm going to go ahead and let you know that your front desk employee is beyond retraining. He does not remotely have the skill set for that role.

I usually use the mobile service but decided to take it to Safelite this time. Great experience, as always. Moses, the technician, is an excellent installer. The windshield was installed quickly and cleanly. He gave me clear instructions and information on aftercare and even put my maintenance reminder sticker back on the new windshield. Great service and quick. Now only if I could stop rocks from hitting my windshield…

In a nutshell, great reception, very informative and they have a drop box. Service was quick, communication very good and the job was done right. One less star because the interior of my car was just a little off from when I left it. It was kind of disappointing. Other than that. Thanks Safelite! I hope I won’t have another reason to bring my car back again.

When the technicians came to fix my window they brought the incorrect part. I was told I would get a call to reschedule the appointment and it never came. I then called the shop and was treated rudely by the person I talked to. Over all bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend this branch to anyone.

My window was broken. I scheduled an appointment 9 days out with my car sitting on the street without a window hoping it doesn't rain. One day before my appointment they called and said they didn't have the glass, nor do they have an eta on when the glass would come. So I was supposed to just leave my vehicle non operational, on the street, without a window for an indeterminate amount of time... all after already waiting for 8 days. Absolutely unacceptable level of customer service.

Very disappointed in safelite . They advertise as a company who has a quick turnover which is a lie they do not come out same day or next day to fix your glass . They should really take that out of their advertising because it's not true . Car window was damaged on a Monday & had an appointment for Thursday. When it was the day of my appointment the tech calls me to confirm the appointment. The tech later calls in the afternoon saying they drop the piece of glass & it was the wrong glass for my car but I could still use the glass & they would bring a new one once it got in .he also said that he was trying to find another location with the correct glass . I let him know okay that's fine just keep me updated on what's going on . I never heard back from the technician. I was on hold for 20 minutes while customer services was figuring out what was going on.I called the next day multiple times because the shop was not answering. Finally got a hold of someone some girl tells me that I got the story wrong & they actually broke the wire piece & then was transferred to speak with another lady . I told her what's was going ok & let them know that this was unacceptable & she agreed that someone should have reached out . She basically told me I had to wait another week for the glass repair & she will reach out once it arrives.Which was ridiculous because I need my car . I ending up calling another place who came OUT THE NEXT DAY TO FIX MY GLASS & did an amazing job . I told them about my experience with safelite & they even said not to go through them & that they have also had issues with them .Moral of the story don't book with safelite & try to stick with the mom & pop shops . Safelite will have you waiting weeks to get your windows fixed , lie to you and will not communicate properly with you .

I am really happy that I chose Safelight too install a new windshield. I watched the entire process through a window I the waiting room. The installer is a real professional, and he was meticulous and precise. Everyone made me feel welcome and happy to be there. The woman in the office made sure that I was comfortable, and she made the snack room sparkle. It was just like the TV commercial to be there. I recommend Safellight to everyone! Bob Hardcastle

Yesterday, I Pre-paid online for a windshield fix/replacement. The tech called the next day. They didn't have the wiper blades we bought. Ok. He didn't have the coating we paid an extra $50 for. Ok. The safelite site also didn't have a "replace windshield" selection so he thought he was just fixing a crack. They gave the wrong quote and my original $370 charge went to $780. For anyone who actually wants to work with Safelite, if you want a replacement windshield, you have to check the box that says the damage is larger than a dollar bill. idk. The tech kept asking me the same question "So you want a windshield replacement?" Me: Yes. This went on for a while. I finally said: "I don't know what else to tell you. I need a new windshield for a decent price." Tech: "So you don't care how much it costs?" Me: I do care. I'm sorry. I need a windshield replacement for the lowest possible rate. This went on for a while but there was no new info being shared from either party. After he called back 2 times for my VIN, he texted the cost at almost $800. No thanks. I called two local shops and they both quoted almost half ($450). We will not be using Safelite anymore. Shop Local. Buy Local. These corporations are off their rockers.

I wouldn't recommend. Scheduled an appointment for them to come to my house and they brought glass for the wrong window, even though I had them confirm multiple times they had the right information. Next appointment was 2 weeks out, which didn't work for me. They seem to always be backed up. I ended up going with another shop.

Tech not train well, after replace my windshield all my push pins were missing and damaged, they did not replace new one just leave it. 2 hrs appt. took 2 and half to finish. Lucky windshield still in 1 pice.

I was reluctant to book an appointment through Safelite due to the poor reviews, but scheduling with them was easier than going through a dealership to replace my windshield.I arrived to my appointment 10 minutes early (as instructed) and my car was complete in approximately 2 hours. The workers were friendly and kind and they did a good job on the replacement. They also recalibrated the cruise control camera.
