Second time I come to JP AutoBody first time my case was handled by Monica and I was blown away so I returned and this time was taken care by Aaron who took good care of my car and made sure I knew what was going to be done from sanitation of the car during intake all the way through the test drive before handing the car back to me JP AutoBody will not disappoint.

A person drove into my parked car on a daly city street which resulted in extensive rear damage. I have a BMW x3. The process of working iwth AARON from JP Autobody was smooth and efficient. Aaron has great customer service skills, and while can get long winded on voicemails, he is honest, up front and responsive. While I had to wait a long time for my car to be fixed, they did so carefully and I felt great driving out of the shop. Upon getting my car, Aaron walked me through the entire summary beginning from beginning to end and signing off on the paperwork. I appreciate the service and work that Aaron and the rest of the team provided. Note: the office for JP autobody is inside (well, obviously), but you have to walk inside the building and to the right. I thought the office was an open air room at first, but that is the place where the unpack the myriad of parts needed. No one directed me to the office but I was able to find my way.

My car was involved in an accident. John Jensen took extra care with our vehicle. They were so professional, courteous, knowledgeable and notified us every step of the way. We got our vehicle back earlier and the vehicle was beautiful inside and out. I highly recommend this organization for all your repairs!!!!

My wife got her Tesla Model 3 back from JP Auto Body last week after getting her bumper replaced. They did a great job, it looks brand new. Ray was great, he was responsive and honest. When my wife picked up her car, Ray talked her through what they did and even sanitized and detailed the car. We would recommend JP Auto Body to anyone with or without a Tesla.

Really great service! Aaron worked with me to replace my bumper. Although it was first time getting something repaired like this; Aaron took his time to be transparent, personable, and helpful with my situation. He took even more time to discuss expectations when dealing with insurance companies. Their customer service was excellent. Would come back here again, but hopefully I won't need to.

Had minor damage from a rear-end accident. Aaron from JP Auto Body was thorough and oversaw every step of the repairs to be done. Aaron kept in contact with me during the entire process. Although my repairs were minimal, Aaron gave me the same quality service and attention as someone needing thousands of dollars of work. I'll definitely be back for all my auto body needs!

I would recommend this shop to all my friends and family. All the employees were very kind, especially Ray who helped me in particular with my car. Compared to other shop quotes, JP Auto had my car repaired and returned way sooner than expected. I would most definitely return for any auto issues.

My car had been hit by a piece of dry wall that flew across three lanes off of a truck on the freeway. The whole hood had to be replaced and color matched to a 3 stage white pearl. JP did a great job and the car looks like it was never hit by sentient drywall with murderous intent. Aaron was helpful and responsive through the entire process, got me my car back in a week. Definitely will be recommending JP to friends.

JP Auto Body Shop were the the BEST - they made a frustrating situation (being rear-ended by a hit-and-run driver) as smooth and reassuring as I could have ever asked for. And now my BMW X2 looks amazing. They were incredibly helpful in walking me through what to expect, thorough communication, reasonable lead time estimate and then delivered ahead of their target ready-by date, and they took such care in detail-cleaning the car before handing it back to me. Aaron was especially helpful throughout the process. Of course, I hope to never be victim of a hit-and-run ever again, but should I or anyone I know ever need auto body repairs, JP Auto Body is 10000% where I'm sending them.

I came in with my 3 year old car and was greeted by Aaron with a smile and a good laugh, and ultimately a nice conversation and feeling well taken care of. Aaron listened to my concerns and gave me informative feedback and assured I was in good hands. He talked me through the entire process especially with the insurance claim. Aaron was very transparent and communicated and responded via phone and email without a hitch. At drop of time John also helped walk me through around my car to make sure we were covering all our bases on what needed work. My car was finished before we imagined and it was appreciated! My family and I picked up our car and it was FLAWLESS! It was nice and clean, tires were shiny, I appreciated the wash! We are looking forward to bringing our muscle car to get pampered in the near future as well! Thank you Aaron and JP team!! :D

We had the very best experience working with Aaron at JP Auto. Our car was sadly a wreck from a hit and run, and Aaron took fantastic care of advising us on the work that needed to be done. He understood the sentimental importance of our car and was extremely professional, personable and shared his wisdom of experience to bring the best outcome of repairs to our Lexus. I cannot say enough about that fantastic care that my Subaru Ascent received here! Aaron K is great with communication. From getting a quote, to estimating repair time, arranging rental car, and status updates once my car was in the shop, I could not have asked for more. The color matched perfectly and even got my car back fully cleaned!

I was rear ended in my Tesla less than a week after delivery. I was pretty upset that it had to go in for repairs but happy to have found JP Auto body to do the work. Ray, their Tesla specialist, helped me throughout the repair process. Ray was very knowledgeable on dealing with insurance as well as Tesla's service parts process and was able to provide me with regular updates on when I could expect the repairs to start/finish. JP's customer service was also second to none. In order to get the repairs done quickly they even went down to Tesla's factory in Fremont to pick up a part. Additionally, after I came to pick up my vehicle, Ray offered to drop off my rental for me since it was after hours. (I think he forgot to move the rental in overnight and I got a parking ticket but no big deal). Overall, Ray and JP are excellent for Tesla repairs and I would go back to them for non Tesla collision repairs as well.

Superb service from this autoshop. Peter was highly recommended by my brother in law and true to his words Peter was very accommodating and helpful. They did work on my Audi Q5 and it is flawless!!! Thank you, Grwat job!
