My sister treated me to Perfection Nails and it is a hidden gem. Mai is super sweet and I am very happy with the service there from getting my eyebrows wax , shellac manicure and pedicure. So far the workers there are very friendly and respectful. I was always treated kindly by each of them. I have been to a lot of different nail shops. But I am glad that my sister introduced me to Mei because she knows how to wax my eyebrows and do my manicure and pedicure how I like it. Thank you for providing such excellent customer service. And that’s why I keep on coming back to Mei.

I got a rebase here, and I wouldn't recommend it at all. This was a few days before Super Bowl, and within days, my nails broke and chipped off. Horrible experience ! Find somewhere else to go because perfection is definitely not it. 0 ?!

I've been here twice for gel manicures but was disappointed both times. Both of my manicures lasted a week or less, the first time I went they cracked within a couple of days because they did a very thin application. Their polish brushes are also in desperate need of replacing.. I have never seen brushes in such a bad state at any other nail salon I have visited.

A word of advice dont go close to the lunch hour, she didnt want to do my nails. I just had my nails done. Price was cheap, thats what i got, just nail polish, no soaking of the hands, no nothing, no pushing back of the cutical ( she did cut the as long the cutical though) just a few slaps of nail polish, and i was done! My nails look like its been acouple of weeks old because the cuticals were not pushed back. No sure what the hurry was.

I called prior to showing up, asking them how much acrylic pedicures are. On the phone the lady said it was $50. After my toes were done, I go to the cash register and the lady said "no it's $60". That's not what was said when I asked earlier. They also lack a lot of color options, especially if you are looking for a transparent color. I feel like they were rushing too because they are low staffed.

if I could give it 0 stars I would!! I went for a manicure & decided to do gelish as well, no acrylic or tip, just the nail polish & gelish. Within 3 days of getting my nails done, the polish was cracking on 4 of my nails!! I went back to get them redone & they started to crack again the next day. The amount of time they take on their services is also insane! Please do yourself a favor & go to another salon.

Came in as a walk in, there were two people ahead of me and I was in and out in about 40 mins. She did a great job!

They do not sanitize tools. I'm shocked no one has reported them to a health inspector. Never coming here again

I've been a customer of this business for the last 5-6 years, I like the way my nails are done, my eyebrows and I like how the artist are not talking on their language all the time while doing your nails. They do talk, but only few words when the ask each other or so; but not like in other nail places where they give the impression that they're talking smack about you .

I've been going to the same lady to get my eyebrows done for like the past 2 years... she's pretty basic but consistent. She finally got the hang of how I like them done. So anyways. The last time I got my eyebrows done by her she messed them up! I literally was crying!! And I was so mad and sad and just everything! I had pulled back up to the shop, I can't remember what I planned on doing but My sister had to calm me down! lol So fast forward to today. I'm like ookay I hope she don't mess me up again. BTw my eyebrows are still uneven and my forehead look big because of it! so before she starts I tell her , very nicely I must add, " hey last time you messed my eyebrows so can you be careful this time" and I show her where it was messed up. It's still messed up. So she was like ooh why didn't you tell me. And I was like well I didn't notice until I was gone and there wasn't anything You can do about it. The hair was waxed off, just be careful this time please. So she starts and finishes... I get up to look at them and there was so much hair!! I'm like oh can you clean up the hairs? Why did that lady hand me her tweezers and walk out the room... I said oookkaay well then !! Now if I would've went off and not paid her then i would've been in the wrong right?! Which I didn't. Needless to say, I'm not going back to her and I'm about to yelp her. But am I overreacting?!

I called to schedule an appointment for me and my girlfriend, couldn't get a straight answer of when there was an actual available appointment. the lady just kept asking me to pick a time. You just do my feet which I could've done a better job. they're so excepting walk-ins when they're not even taking care of their appointments will never go back. Glad I tried so we don't wonder
