I have an Audi 2020. I just got it serviced the other day from Audi Marin and I was on a 2 Hour Dr. and the check engine light came on, but the heating and cooling was fine. I didn’t know what to do so then I came to this O’Reilly and Valentino was excellent. He checked my car plugged in and told me most likely what it could be and that it was safe to get home most likely. he was very professional and really helped me out and put my mind at ease. Really appreciate it employees like Valentino! Thank you, Tami

I waz unable to open my car fob in order to replace the battery. They went beyond the call of duty to open it and make the replacement.

Will start this review by calling out the RUDE employee that works here- Eric. You were a complete ASS for an issue that your store provided! Went here to get a new car battery. Things were fine. Was helped in a timely manner, no issues. Brought the battery back home, only to find out it was COMPLETELY DEAD! Husband had to use his car to jump it and then I drove it around for 30+ minutes to charge it up. When I called the store about the mishap, Eric said "have you check your alternator or starter?" I said "I don't know what that is." and he recommended I return to the store tomorrow morning at 10am to have it checked. I know NOTHING about cars so I called my father up who told me that a brand new battery should NOT need to be jumped and should be fully charged. We both went back to the store to request a brand new battery. The sticker on the battery said 8/21. Upon entering the store, my father told Eric that I just bought a new battery that required it to be jumped. Eric replied with "I know" with a smug look. My father requested that I get a new battery because the one they sold me was dead. Eric was immediately defensive and blamed the issue on my car and said "WE DON'T SELL DEAD BATTERIES. THEY'RE ALL FULLY CHARGED. THERE MUST BE SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE CAR." Eric realized we weren't falling for his BS and called his manager. She was patient and told us that she would be happy to change it out for a new battery. New sticker said 11/23. Installed and car immediately started. Issue is NOT with car but with DEAD BATTERY. TLDR: Eric is an ass. Shop at a different store.

I went to ask about a battery and the chubby guy was rude, first I asked him if he speaks Spanish, he reluctantly answered me in English saying no I don't, and then he told me what do you want, I asked him if they had a battery for a Honda Civic and He told me, stand in line and ask, I told him that it was just a question that he simply said yes or no, in the end I didn't buy anything and if that is the attention they are going to give, I prefer to go to Napa auto parts, I don't get to ask for free if I go to pay for something at least put someone nice to work
