“I recently upgraded my iPhone-not purchased from this location and was having difficulty transferring my old phone to my son. Everything went well, except that I couldn't get the phone to work--no incoming and wasn't able to make any outgoing calls. I came to the location closest to me and was greeted by Padam.After explaining my situation, he wasn't sure if he could help me--I felt he gave me a hint of attitude & said he was only a technician, not sure what that meant. Within 20 minutes, he got the phone working. Despite the initial attitude, the outcome was a fully functioning phone and for that I have to say his service/helpfulness was good.”

We brought our broken iPhone 14 max here, was greeted by a nice lady (Amanda?) who explained all the options and pricing which js very competitive, $300 cheaper than Apple retail store. They order the part upon deposit and Musa? repaired in 2 hours… the phone looks brand new.”

“I was in need to repair my iPhone 12 Pro screen, it got a green line on the left side of the screen, and it cant turn on sometimes after I accidentally dropped it. I was in need to get it fixed, and Apple store took long time and more expensive to do, so I decided to bring it in to Gadget World. The staff was really nice and helpful, and offered me a great price, and fixed it for me with 30 minutes. It works like brand new now. I am very pleased with the services. “Mauricio ( I hope I spelled his name correctly) came to my place of work this past Tuesday 12/19/23, to fix the fractured front of my phone. I have to say in 25 years I managed to not damage my phone. This man was on time, assessed what needed to be done and said, " this should take about 30 minutes."This sounds strange as I write it, but handing your phone over to someone is a big deal! Mauricio handled my phone as if he understood my concern, and was finished in 20 minutes. Prompt, knowledgeable, careful and professional! What more can one ask for.....”
