“I had the best experience here. I was shopping for a formal dining room table for my new house. I had previously purchased a large solid marble table years ago from Giorgi which I truly loved, but it was too big for my new place. I had shopped at other furniture stores but had no luck finding the right table. Then I was reminded that I bought my marble table at Giorgi. I went online and saw immediately a few tables that were what I had in mind. I called the store (5 mins before closing) and Angie Velarde answered the phone. In spite of how late it was, she looked up the prices of the tables and invited me to come in the next day to look at them and other selections. Angie was incredible. She patiently listened to my story of where I was moving and what I was looking for. I showed her the chairs I was keeping (also purchased at Giorgi) and she went over other tables that might go with that formal style. She was simply fantastic. By the end, it seemed like I made a new friend. She is the epitome of what excellent customer service is. The table was on the pricey side, but the fun I had it certainly made it worth it.
